From start to finish the stay was great.

Very nice apartment, the site manager Ash was very friendly and extremely accommodating with arrival/departure. Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable, and a very nice welcoming of snacks and drinks on arrival which was a really nice touch.

There was a bit of a mix up on check-in time and found it hard to contact Miele. Other than that no complaints on the accommodation.

Accessibility from property to Liverpool city centre was good.
Room was comfortably heated.
The provision of a TV in the room would have been a good addition to the stay

Had a smashing time in Woking. A well equiped apartment very close to the town centre and train station. The hostess was lovely and really added a nice touch to my stay that I wouldn't get elsewhere.

I had such a wonderful stay, and the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated with modern touches while maintaining a cozy feel. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us great suggestions for things to do nearby. It was so convenient to walk to cafes and shops, and the view from the balcony was just amazing. I loved the little details like fresh towels upon arrival. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
