I ordered the trial subscription

I ordered the trial subscription . I canceled it after 2 days . They took money out of my bank account 2 times already for the trial subscription and for a premium subscription. A total of $40.00 and continue to ignore my request for a refund . It’s been almost a month and I’ve heard nothing from them and no refund . I would not recommend this app to anyone .

There was no back and forth about it

There was no back and forth about it. I had mistakenly subscribed and I didn't have to go argue about being on a fixed income or anything. I would definitely go back and subscribe when I can afford to because of the ease of reaching the company and kindness they showed in not arguing and just giving me a full refund and canceling it for me. It can be so hard these days too get out of this electronic whirlpool.

Planting app made three charges in two days and then continued for 49.99 a month can’t get it stopped from Apple Pay

I put plantain app on my phone to check it out. Then I received three chargers to you on the same day one for 9.99 then 26.99. Two days later for 49.99. Went to use it later on and decided to get rid of it deleted it then notice charges later on which continued at 49. 99 went to Apple a couple times trying to stop the payment which they couldn't do and to try and get my money back which obviously they couldn't do they just pulled another 49.99 12/29/25. So I would not recommend ever putting this app on your phone.

I lost my phone,and was besides my…

I lost my phone,and was besides my self. I learned to compose an email,to which I've never done before, met Amelia. She was a god send,helped me figure out just how to cancel my subscription, get my refund, I had to go get a new phone, new bill, n couldn't afford Plantin! But as soon as I can, I'll give it another try. All because of the service I received from Amelia. Great job!
