I think I misunderstood my plan. I signed up to try for 3 days but didn’t recognize that fact that after that I would be charged $59.99. Customer support contacted new and explained and then weee kind enough to give me a refund. I call that wonderful customer service! I will probably order a different plan.

The customer service team acted on my desire to delete the subscription promptly. I wish that canceling was available via the app store but since it is not, a prompt customer care team will work too.

Though I believe the app needs a little more time to mature, basically false advertising. I am very pleased with the customer service. They got back to me fast and were very easy to talk to. I feel they tried to help to the best of their ability.

I was charged for a free trial and later informed that they don’t do free trials. It was misleading but after speaking with the team they sorted my issue efficiently and with friendliness. I am a continued customer
