Plantin Scam!

When I signed up for Plantin it was on an ad which took me to their website. Used my credit card thru ApplePay. Was prompted to download the app on Apple’s App Store which I did. They charged the credit card the day I signed for the $9.99 3 day “free trial” 2/11 and then a larger amount of $49.99 on 2/14. Emailed them and they said they would cx subscription but could not refund me. Then I later found out they had charged me 2X thru Apple Subscriptions on 2/15 & 2/22 which duplicated the first credit card charge and was AFTER they assured me they cancelled on their end and would not put thru anymore charges! So they were actually double-dipping in their charges to me! What was supposed to be a 3 day free trial turned into $81.16 between the 2 payment methods. I had no knowledge they were billing 2 different payment methods. In addition they offered me a year’s subscription free and to contact them if I was interested, but no response. On Apples’ subscription area, they show a a whole list of subscription pricing for this company, too. All different rates for the same lengths of times! The company’s phone number doesn’t work and they no longer respond to emails. I am pursuing refunds thru Apple Subscriptions & the credit card now. They have been very helpful in resolving this. Stay away from Plantin! They are scammers!

Quickly refunded- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I did the trial with this app and it really does what it says! However, due to circumstances changing our family's finances I had to cancel my subscription! After requesting a refund and cancelation, they responded the next day and were very courteous! Thank you so much!! For those of you letting the app... enjoy it!! It is well worth it!!!

I have never heard of you

I have never heard of you! And how you got my credit card number, I have no idea and to sit there and tell me that you can't find a subscription for me. But you can't give me a refund either? I had problems with few plants and there was no answer from Plantin, it was written that everything is ok, but it was not. At the first glance i liked it, but it has no sense if it does not work properly. And it us quite expensive for what you got.
