Scam company

Scam company! Will charge you without consent or confirmation. Than they will lie thay you initially paid for trial days (that was advertised as free trial for 3 days)- they denie it and wot stop chraging! Beware! Dont subscribe!

E' una truffa

E' una truffa. Non ho sottoscritto alcun abbonamento neppure per un periodo di prova invece mi hanno addebitato 42,69 €. Contattato il supporto clienti per il rimborso pretendono la sottoscrizione di un altro contratto del valore iniziale di 5€ che comporterà il costo di 40€ al mese fino alla risoluzione e cancellazione del contratto.

Kein Abo, wird trotzdem Geld eingezogen

Ich habe Ende Januar grad einmal ne Pflanze gescannt, und 6,99 € bezahlt; nicht dass ich wüsste, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe; seit Februar werden 25,99 € alle paar Wochen abgebucht. Hab auch schon 2 mal ne Nachricht geschrieben, wegen stornieren o.ä. in der App zeigts kein Abo an. Es passiert nichts. Weiß net was ich noch machen soll. Nutze es gar nicht mehr.

The professionalism that I was given.

What made my experience great? Well the simple fac is that all's I had to do, was reach out and explain why I needed my money back from you guys, and the lady reached right back out to me, and refunded my money. Without any hassles or hogwash. She was very professional and that's what made my experience great.

Customer Service #1

I really only needed the app to help me with one of two plants which it did, very well. I had a problem with being charged for extra months after I had cancelled, however a quick email to their Customer Service and everything was cleared up very quickly. Thank you for your service and if I ever get more plants I will use your app again.
