I was extremely satisfied

I have a history of not completing reading terms of use when I download apps on my iPhone. Plantin was generous in the time they took to help this old man understand what I had missed and expressed true understanding and compassion. I honestly would have loved to continue using the app however my financial responsibilities changed.
I highly recommend them to anyone and know that no matter what issue arises their support team is extremely responsive, helpful, professional and most importantly they are kind .

Thought I canceled my subscription

I signed up for a free trial and found that it was a good app but I wasn't going to be using it much so I canceled it, or so I thought. After seeing I was still being billed I emailed them and I received a message back the next day. Apparently, I hadn't followed the correct steps when canceling my subscription so it was still active. They canceled my subscription and very kindly reimbursed me for the month's I was billed. Thanks

La réponse rapide du service client m’a satisfaite, comme je ne comprenais pas la tarification des abonnements. On m’a proposé un prix de 9,99euros pour un an, il s’avère que le prix était que pour la période d’essai de 3 jours ! J’ai alors décidé de tout résilier et supprimer l’application. Les tarifs trop flous et beaucoup trop élevés.
