We haven't gone on the trip yet but planning the trip/booking/making changes with Joan Qin from Odyssey has been excellent. Plus she always responded promptly to my e-mails.

We could not have asked for a better guided tour of Siem Reap and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations and transportation provided and found the guides to be knowledgeable and courteous.

A really well planned tour that showed the day to day life of the country. We were made to feel at home wherever we went. The tour was structured in a way that we had some down time, which was needed as we adjusted to temperatures.
Our guides were amazing!!! Welcoming and knowledgeable about the places visited. Recommendations for dining and shopping and support in purchasing was great.
Definitely want to return, so that is biggest recommendation possible.

Odyssey Tours did an excellent job of designing and executing a custom, private tour for us to Laos and Kerala. Most important was that our agent, Eason, really listened to what we wanted to do and designed the tours specifically for us. His communication with us was excellent. We had 100% confidence that we would be well taken care of.

Odyssey Indochina Tours offers consistently outstanding tours. Our tour of central and northern Thailand was wonderful. The guides were both excellent - very well educated, very informative, and very concerned for our welfare and understanding. The sights seen had a great deal of variety and relevance to our interests in art, architecture and culture. Thailand has a great to offer in all three areas. The tour was customized by Monica to exactly match our interests. The drivers and transportation were excellent - very smooth, quiet, and professional. The accommodations varied in quality from excellent to luxurious - really outstanding in both physical comfort and convenient locations. For an opportunity to visit this vibrant country and get really intense exposure to the culture and sights of Thailand, this tour is right at the top.

We were recommended to use My Odyssey Tours through a family friend and we were very happy with our choice. Queenie was very helpful and responsive when we were planning our tour. She even helped us book a hotel transfer after our tour ended while we were in India. The tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and friendly. I told them both I wanted to buy souvenirs and one of them took us a tea and spice shop, while the other told the driver and he took us a leather goods store (indian shoes are amazing!). Our driver, Manoj, was awesome. He knew his way around the cities and was super nice. He offered to take us to a local restaurant for dinner and shopping at cheaper stores. He was the best!

My Odyssey Tours was fantastic for our 13 Day trip to China. The whole trip was so well organised from beginning to end. I worked with Shelly in the planning stages and she was really great. I had numerous revisions of the itinerary and many questions. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions promptly. She usually emailed me back within an hour, even on weekends. Can't believe how good they are at customer service! The hotels we stayed at were all of a high standard and we had no complaints or dramas. The guide and driver in each location were terrific. The vehicles used were all late models and spotlessly clean. The guides each spoke good to great English and were really helpful when ordering food or recommending restaurants and places to shop. By planning our trip with My Odyssey Tours, we were in control of the things we wanted to do and see and weren't forced to endure the hard sell at the various shopping stops you hear about in the group tours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in traveling to Asia.

We can't say enough about My Odyssey Tours. Our experience in China was more than incredible, it was life changing. The local guides were exactly what we needed, and our travel consultant Leo was absolutely amazing. He answered all of our questions right from the start and created a perfect experience for us.

China can be a bit intimidating for a westerner, from logistics to language barriers, etc. but with My Odyssey Tours we truly felt at ease and were able to absorb the wonderful culture, people, and experiences that China has to offer. We took our first trip to the Holy Land. MyOdysseyTours read each and every line on all of our emails to set up the tour. We have to add that the trip was put together after we switched gears from a Morocco trip. MOT simply regrouped and got to work. Their advice on transportation and the order of the tour was right on the mark. Everything went of smoothly and on time. We have recommended them to all of our siblings.

In April 2017 my husband and I, with another couple, booked a customized tour with Odyssey (with Leila) following the recommendation of a friend. We were not disappointed. We provided Leila with the list of cities and regions we wished to visit with specific requests not to be taken to tourist traps. We spent 25 days in China, took 6 domestic flights and one bullet train. We had a private guide assigned to each city waiting for us at the airport or train station. We also had our private driver and vehicle and we felt we got a lot out of every segment of our trip. Most of the guides were fluent in English and very knowledgeable (some better than others). We found we received good value for the money spent and the company and guides are trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. In a country where very little English is spoken and where cultural ways are very different, we appreciated the company's motto: " You are not alone with Odyssey".

I highly recommend Odyssey Tours to anyone planning trips to southeast Asia. Last year, Allison arranged excursions to Cambodia and Laos for a group of friends and me. Experiences in both countries were top notch with accommodations, tour guides, tours and transportation. Allison is incredibly thorough and prompt in her responses. I'm going back again at the end of the month and I utilized Odyssey and Allison again to arrange a trip to Viet Nam.

We had wonderful experience throughout our India trip, and we appreciated the courteous, professional service in arranging our customized itinerary. The guides, drivers, and company representatives throughout our visit were knowledgable, friendly, and punctual--we felt very well taken care of during this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

This was our first experience with a private tour (my husband and I are not fans of group tours) and I can’t say enough good things about our trip to China… Our 8 day tour was planned perfectly by Vincent at My Odyssey Tours. Each of our local guides was excellent (Oliver in Beijing, Amber in Xian, and Ares and Mark in Shanghai). They greeted us (along with a car and driver) when we arrived at each city and looked out for us until we departed, we felt very safe. We really enjoyed learning about each city as our local guides were so full of interesting information and answered all of our questions. They each took us to the very best local restaurants for lunch and made recommendations for dinner. The hotels selected by Vincent were wonderful and all included a terrific breakfast buffet. I can’t think of a more efficient, enjoyable and relaxed way to see so much in such a short time. Additionally, My Odyssey Tours remembered that it was my birthday while we were on our tour... Our guide Oliver had a lovely birthday cake waiting for me when we returned to our hotel in the evening… it was an unexpected surprise!

Thanks to Leo Huang of Odyssey Tours, my lifelong dream to visit Egypt was finally realized. Leo arranged a 9 day, in-depth, private tour, taking in all the highlights and wonders the country has to offer. During months of correspondence to fine tune our tour, Leo was always patient and responded quickly to all of our questions and changes, even though we are half way around the world! His professionalism went above and beyond expectations – on one occasion he went in to his office late at night to respond to one of our emails, and another time responded to an email while he was on holidays. He was extremely helpful in recommending sites, arranging exceptional guides and drivers, and coordinating our flights within Egypt and then to Europe (where we had a transatlantic cruise planned).
The guide that Leo arranged in Cairo, Ahmed Salem, was extremely knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the pyramids (Giza and Saqqara), the artifacts at the Archeological Museum, the city of Cairo, and many other sites most tourists usually don’t see. Our driver, Sharif, was very pleasant and skilled at negotiating the chaotic Cairo traffic quickly and safely – which is a testimony to his abilities if you’ve ever experience the streets of Cairo! Our guide from Aswan to Luxor on our Nile River cruise, Saber, was fun to be with, as he guided us through the sites of Abu Simbel, Aswan, Kom Ombo, Edfu, and Luxor. The Nile River cruise itself is something that shouldn’t be missed. It was an amazing trip!
A couple of points about Egypt itself: On one hand, tourism in Egypt is still slow (sadly), so there were very few people at most of the sites - but to our benefit this allowed us more relaxing and intimate feeling visits. Also, despite some peoples’ concerns, we never felt unsafe during our whole trip, thanks to the care of Leo, My Odyssey Tours, and our exceptional guides and drivers.
We could have never arranged such a wonderful adventure without the expertise and dedication of Leo and My Odyessy Tours, and would highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service, knowledge, and support. We plan to travel with them again.
