Both Connor and Philippa were fantastic at explaining everything clearly and always took the time to answer our questions, no matter how many we had. They guided us through every stage of the process with patience, reassurance and real professionalism.

Philippa was brilliant at keeping everything progressing smoothly behind the scenes and making sure we were kept updated, and they were always available to talk things through and help us understand the bigger picture. Together they made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable.

This was a really important step for us and we genuinely didn’t expect to be able to buy again so soon. Thanks to their persistence and expertise we now have our mortgage offer and we couldn’t be happier.

I have worked with Jack Biscombe for just over a year now at first it would seem almost impossible to get a remortgage on my own due to various reasons after initially saying no now 16 months later I now have a remortgage in my name only ,Jack also helped me learn how to budget and go through my credit file with a fine tooth comb over this period what a learning curve ! Then I was passed over to the team Michala , Kelvin and Kerry going through small but important details like insurance and solicitors.
