Absolute scam artists.
Took money, didn't do a thing not a month later in liquidation, thankfully the bank did a chargeback but I'm sure for some people it won't be so easy. The owner of the company I found him and he blocked me on both Instagram and LinkedIn, he knew he was going to liquidate the company yet still instructed staff to take payments from people for services he knew he would never provide. What a tosser.

I feel like I got completely conned by this company, they took my partners situation and used that to talk me into using their services when I did not need a specialist mortgage provider. I feel they took advantage of me being a first time buyer. When an email was sent questioning details and asking for feedback we were ignored and they kept my money. Do not recommend!

They have now gone into liquidation. However from the start of my process I was pretty much told so much nonsense. How quickly everything would be completed and how quickly they would work to get this done. I have bad credit and I understand the implications that come with that. However as soon as they got your money upfront that’s all they cared about. I worked with them for close to 2 and a half months before they ignored me, ghosted every call and email and all of a sudden went into liquidation. I had to change advisors, luckily enough they did everything for me and I managed to secure my
Mortgage but I know others haven’t been as lucky after dealing with these absolute cretins.

I feel this company prey on vulnerable people who are desperate to get a mortgage. Our first appointment was very overwhelming, telling us we qualify for this ‘fast track guarantee mortgage scheme’. Telling us how they will be practicing underwriting, going through our credit files, helping us secure a mortgage. I don’t think the scheme exists to be honest. From our very first meeting we were put on the spot to sign up straight away and pay a fee, upfront or monthly. We decided monthly due to being sceptical but desperate. We never received any paperwork about the scheme, the plans going forward. We had 3 appointments over 3 months, every time it was us asking questions and not ever getting the answers. We had to hound to get our MIP, and finally did get it after saying we would like to pull out of the process with them. But after getting the MIP we received zero support, no time line, no underwriting tests and definitely no credit file support. The company have now gone into liquidation, we found this out by hearing a voicemail on a answerphone message when chasing our questions for our next appointment. The next appointment was to apply for the actual mortgage. Our MIP had been left to expire so left with absolutely nothing. House chains could fall through now if we do not sort this ourselves quickly and left us and our 2 toddlers homeless. I honestly do not know how the owners or the staff for that matter sleep at night. We was also told by the company we had our MIP that they had been in liquidation for a month by the time we had found out, so literally lying to our faces about applying for our mortgage as they must have entered liquidation that day of our last appointment if not the next! Let alone the money lost, but apparently we were the lucky ones compared to some loosing thousands!

Need contact on who to contact for my refund as the company has gone into liquidation. I can’t make out the name of the company on the automated voicemail

I’ve rented all my life…..dead money lining other people’s pockets. I’d given up on my dreams of being a homeowner and securing a future for my kids. Rent was increasing and our credit history had some dents. We had been turned away from everyone we went to…..George was so positive from the get go and secured us a DIP within days. I couldn’t believe it!! Two months on and I’m writing this review from my own 4 bed detached new build!…..it still doesn’t feel real!! Honestly, they will find you a mortgage, even if everyone else has said no! We put our trust, heart and soul into George, Laila and the team and they didn’t let us down. They even fought for us when the lender hit stumbling blocks. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, they have made our dreams a reality. Thank you so much, you’ve changed our lives! Liz & Dean :)

Applied for a morgage through this company paid them a total of £2100 got the principal found a house got the offer accepted contacted the company who were ment to be applying for the full application got an email last thur to say someone would call me friday ... only to call then on friday as I hadn't heard anything to find out that the company are in liquidation! I called the liquidation company who said I would recieve an email this week with proof I needed to claim my money back. Called them back today to be told the director hasn't signed the paperwork needed so it will be next week before we get this form ... nothing can be done without it! Disgusting director has taken people's money knowing fine well he was going bankrupt and now cant even sign the paperwork needed for people to attempt to get their moneu back not holding my breath for this and probably lost the house we had arranged to buy to! Joke

Paid £600 in fees and have been waiting for a response from these lot but nothing absolute silence. Trying to get the money back as it was supposed to be a part of my savings to get a mortgage. Absolute Jokes these pricks are

What a load of Bu**Sh** This company is i got an offer accepted on my house back in February 2026. I contacted them for a mortgage they got me the principal ready in 24hrs not sure genuine or not any a company called Bluestone Mortgages from london issued the AIP! Up until End Of June i was giving each and question they were asking documents letters any etc.. then no response last 2 weeks of June until my house owner asked his solicitors to speed up you have had 4 months it shouldn’t take that long for an offer. Then Hayley My Advisor messages me Via email & WhatsApp that the company has declined your mortgage request!! I have paid this company £2000 to start the paperwork & find me a lender then another £500 for their admin fee and another £500 to a solicitors company they recommend to start the procedure. I now find out that the company is Bankrupt & In Liquidation I don’t know how you are taking peoples money & even after promising of a refund in 5 working days i have still not its been nearly 10days I don’t know how to get my money back from this company or who to contact, if anyone has information please fo share thank you

We had used them to organise our mortgage. Lied that we had an offer in principle but couldn’t get the certificate as it was bank holiday weekend. Then when questioned the radio silence nothing now found out they are in liquidation.
Not the first business that Joshua Tomlinson has had dissolved either.

What a load of crap my husband and I have no ccjs and no bankruptcy a credit score of 900 and still no mortgage even after a full year. paid them over £1599 and now they have gone into liquidation and now not knowing if we will be refunded

I would say my experience has been really good with My Mortgage Finder even though I had some hiccups even having my first Mortgage application declined.

My Mortgage advisor and support team Brooke and Ellie were so helpful and quickly found a lender that was just right for me and received my mortgage offer in a timely manner. I can't thank them enough for their support.

I submitted a request for Mortgage advice and was contacted the following day. I was convinced no one could help the situation I found myself in but Jack gave me the reassurance that he and his team could help and everything was going to be ok. He wasn't wrong. Kelvin then became my go to contact adviser that took every step with me, I was able to contact him anytime via email and phone. Communication was never an issue and every option available was explained in detail to me. Machala is also an added valued member of the team that has supported me throughout this journey. Before speaking with Dave at My Mortgage Finder I was told that it would be years before I could get a mortgage, that was 7 months ago, and I am now applying for my first mortgage, Dave was so professional but he also made me feel at ease with the whole process, every month we would have a catch up, and he always managed to make sure that I understood everything. Ben has also been professional and also very easy to understand and keeps me updated regularly regarding my application. I would highly recommend My Mortgage Finder.

I don't know if our case was the toughest nut to crack that Harry Boyer and Emily Micklesfield of MY MORTGAGE FINDER ever had but I am sure we were right up there! When the game of baseball gets tough and the team is down by one with little time remaining, a pinch-hitter is brought in. When a mysterious crime with little clues has been committed they bring in the best detective who sees what other detectives do not see. Our Mortgage case was metaphorically speaking the unsolvable case, the unwinnable baseball game and yet, with the wonder working mortgage magic of Harry and Emily, they pulled off a life-changing win for my wife Abigail and myself. Our first mortgage company abandoned us, pulled the rug out and said "good luck!" Two foreigners in our sixties with a mixed credit score - yet hard working, with permanent jobs. Other mortgage companies would not give us a second look. Too difficult! Too risky! But just like the super detective arriving on the tough crime scene, or the home-run hitter stepping in to save the day, Harry and Emily showed up for us and the fee we paid up front was the best fee we ever paid for the promises kept and the service with a smile, for the magic! Thank you Harry and Emily!

Finally getting my keys tomorrow , over the moon . I must say Scott and Conner and Haley have all been there by my side from day 1 and have worked hard to make it happen . Thank you . Highly recomended .

Excellent service provided by My Mortgage Finder. This is my second review as I thought that I would not be needing the team during the final stages of my remortgaging. How wrong I was! The third party (Integrar Services) was one of the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever been in contact with.
If it wasn't for Kerry (and Michala) my mental health would have been completely shattered. Throughout the finalising of my re-mortgaging process, my sanity was truly tested. Fortunately I had Kerry and Michala on my side. Step by step...they made phone calls and wrote emails on my behalf, as I could not bring myself to deal with the third party anymore.
They were encouraging, thoughtful, ultra professional, competent and kind.
If I didn't have these two assisting me I would have abandoned my remortgage application.
Thank you very much My Mortgage Finder for allowing Kerry and Michala to be my survivors. They are very special.
It's a shame the offices are so far away from me, otherwise I would have gone there to personally thank them.
