I used the service twice. The drivers are kind and polite. They drive carefully. The company prices are competitive as compared to others.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
I booked a taxi to and from the airport, in the middle of the night one way, with my one year old, on my own. I went to great lengths to confirm the need for a babyseat. Travelling alone as a single mother is incredibly stressful. They promise they'd supply one. At 3AM, they arrived without one. My baby had to be on my lap for a 90 minute journey. Something which is basically illegal. They apologised and stated that the return journey they would 10000% have a baby seat (I booked and paid in advance for a car with a baby seat). The car turned up without one AGAIN! I went in a black taxi instead, so I could have my baby in a pram, which I could not afford! They promised a refund and compensation. then went radio silent. a total disgrace. I try to call them and they hang up. Do not book with these people if you want a smooth and reliable journey.

I’ve been working with 5 star airport for over 4 months now, and they still haven’t paid me the no-show fees and parking charges they owe me. Despite calling them multiple times and being told it will be “sorted soon,” nothing has been done. It’s been delay after delay, with no accountability.

They’re also incredibly unprofessional when it comes to job management. I’ve had jobs taken away without any notice — including while I was already en route to the airport. It’s frustrating, disrespectful, and a waste of time and fuel.

If you’re a driver considering working with them, I strongly advise against it. They don’t value your time or effort, and getting what you’re owed feels like chasing shadows.

If you’re a customer, I strongly recommend you avoid using this company. Their poor communication and last-minute cancellations affect not just drivers but passengers too. You might be left stranded or delayed without any warning. Do yourself a favour and book an Uber instead — at least you’ll get reliability, transparency, and proper customer service.

Awful company. The employees lack proficiency in English and display unprofessionalism. They left me stranded at Heathrow Airport for no valid reason. I ended up having to take an Uber, and they didn't even refund me. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company and never use their services.
