Booked a taxi on their website to travel from Birmingham airport to Stratford upon Avon. They cancelled the booking and gave the reason that they are based in Walsall in the midlands. Their website clearly states that they are based in Birmingham. Why did their site allow the booking. Just a waste of time and I would just avoid them.

Excelsior Cars is operationally based in Walsall, West Midlands, and this is clearly stated on our website, along with the areas we cover including Birmingham and surrounding regions. The Birmingham address shown within our company details is our registered office address.
Your requested journey from Birmingham Airport to Stratford-upon-Avon would also have taken our driver outside the main operational areas we regularly cover.
Unfortunately, after reviewing driver availability and journey logistics for this particular booking, we were unable to fulfil the journey to the standard we expect from our service, so we informed you as early as possible rather than risk providing an unreliable experience.
We understand cancellations can be frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Above and beyond service
I had to book an airport transfer very last minute, my request was accommodated for the early hours of the following morning, driver arrived early and we had a stress free journey to the airport. Had to rearrange our flight to come home, again request to chance transfer was accommodated last minute, and a stressful time was made easy by how much they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Will definitely be using again.

Great Service
Friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first time using Excelsior cars to take me from Heathrow to Great Barr, Birmingham. Billy was my driver. My flight arrived 40 minutes early at 4.30am but Billy was on the ball and was waiting for me as I cleared customs. The journey home was relaxed, comfortable and stress free. I will definitely use again

Reliable and friendly service
We booked an Executive car for pickup from Birmingham airport. Communication on arrival was efficient and we were met by our polite and friendly driver, Billy. The car was immaculate, and the ride was smooth and comfortable. This was a very welcome experience following an exhausting 28hr trip from Australia!
Having had a bad previous experience with another well-known taxi service, Excelsior Cars will now be our first choice for airport transfers in future.

Professional, courteous and efficient
Professional, courteous and efficient. This was our first time using Excelsior Cars to take us from Oldbury to Heathrow and both Kamran and Abdul took the stress away from us with their excellent care. The weather was awful on both drives to and from the airport but it didn't seem to worry them and we felt extremely safe with their expert driving. 100% would use again! A gem of a service.

Great service!
Great service, couldn't recommend enough.
I mistakenly put the wrong date on one of our bookings and didn't realise until the night before when the driver contacted us! The team let me change the date to the correct day last minute and free of charge.
Made the journey to and from the airport stress free and seamless. Will 100% use again.

Excellent Service
I’ve used Excelsior Cars a few times now for airport drop offs / pickups and always receive top service.
They really helped us out on our most recent booking as we were delayed in resort and missed our flight. Excelsior rearranged our UK pickup to the new time and our driver Kamran (excellent) kept in touch the whole time.
Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely superb service…
Absolutely superb service from Kamran @ Excelsior Cars...Airport drop off (& collection two weeks later) (Birmingham Airport) during the busy Xmas holiday period and Kamran made it so easy for us as a family if six with our luggage...

Great service
Great service. Had to take a family of 8 + suitcases and pushchair, with 2 stops. Arrived on time, did a 'magical' job of stacking suitcases and picked us up as friendly as ever when we returned to B'ham Airport. Will defo use again.
