Exceptional service from start to finish! The booking process was seamless, the driver arrived exactly on time, the office took care of me nd they were really polite and helpful . I booked airport transfers through Booking.com twice, and unfortunately was assigned the same company each time (“5 Star Airport Transfers” / “My London Transfer” / “My Tours Transfer”). Both experiences were unacceptable and genuinely unsafe.

1st trip (October):
The company called me 4–5 times trying to change my pickup time to an earlier slot, even though I clearly said no. It felt like harassment.
A different car eventually arrived and, although the driver himself was polite, they failed to provide the child seat I had specifically requested, which is a basic safety requirement.

2nd trip (November):
This experience was even worse. The instructions I received said: “London Stansted Airport Meeting Point ZONE B.”
There were no signs for anything called “zones” in the arrivals area. The closest sign was “Meet & Greet” with rows, including a Row B — so naturally, that’s where I went.

When I called the driver, he spoke in a loud, impatient tone, telling me to “Listen to me”. He then claimed I should have gone to the drop-off area, even though the instructions never mentioned the drop-off zone. At that point, I was already in arrivals with two suitcases, a stroller, and a small baby, so returning to the drop-off area was not physically possible.

He eventually came to where I was, but he had parked in the Uber area and rushed everything. As a result, he didn’t install the child seat properly — he just placed it in the car without securing it, which left me completely shocked.
During the ride, he also asked me “Are you calm now?” in a condescending tone, which made me feel even more unsafe and disrespected.

Overall, I did not feel safe at any point during this transfer, especially as a mother travelling with a baby.

I have reported the company to Booking.com and will be notifying local police due to the safety concerns involving a child.
Given what I experienced and the number of suspicious 5-star reviews from accounts with no history, I strongly question the legitimacy of their ratings.

I strongly advise avoiding this company, especially if you are travelling with children or expect basic professionalism and safety standards.

The driver arrived on time, and he was very kind and nice, and also drove carefully.

The driver was on time to pick us up from the airport, great communication from the company generally and smooth transfer from the airport.

The driver arrived in time (earlier), the ambiance in the car was good, the driver didn't talk to us very much (it was 5 in the morning), didn't shock us on the way to the airport.

Couldn't fault them at all. Our drivers were extremely helpful as i am in a wheelchair. Great communication leading up to the arrival times. Always kept us updated on how far away they were. Both taxis were spotless. We were offered bottle water, which was a lovely touch. Both drivers very friendly and courteous. High recommend. We will definitely use them again.
