Please beware, scam alert, they continue to charge me after I have sent several emails cancelling the subscription. Their customer service says they will get back in 24 hours when you send an email but you would never hear back from them but be sure to expect yet another debit. There is no option to cancel the subscription yourself which in itself tells me the original plan was to steal.

Attenzione!! Non sottoscrivere mai neanche le 2,99 euro perché poi, involontariamente, con tutti i sotterfugi possibili e incomprensibili, ti partono gli addebiti di 29,99!!! Ho chiesto più volte la restituzione dei soldi a causa raggiro ma dicono che è tutto legale. Non è vero!!! Non ti accorgi per niente di sottoscrivere qualcosa. Inoltre l’uso della app è difficilissimo e ci ho dovuto rinunciare. Non scaricatelo!!

ad un mio amico hanno rubato il telefono e per rintracciarlo mi ha chiesto se gli potevo pagare 3€ per rintracciare il telefono.Pago questi 3€ e poi si scopre che alla fine per poter rintracciare il telefono serviva l account apple.qualche giorno dopo mi ritrovo sulla mia carta -18 degli addebiti di 30€ e 8€ sempre da famioapp.Ora mi ritrovo con la carta bloccata e con un debito di 40€ nonostante questa applicazione non mi abbia avvisato di questi costi aggiuntivi.Quindi io adesso devo pagare 40€ per un applicazione inutile perchè alla fine non mi è servita a rintracciare il telefono.Spero che mi aiutate a disdire l’abbonamento

This company should be investigated it is the most unethical app I have come across to date. Even if you cancel it they still keep charging you $40 a month by the time you realize it they’ve already got you for over $100 in my mothers case it was 6 months before she could get any resolution. She doesn’t even have the app downloaded to have ever used it. She’s retired and on a fixed income . This is theft plain and simple. They should be ashamed of themselves and are disgusting human beings. That someone is not looking into this to protect people or filing a class action suit is beyond me. May Karma be swift to the people responsible. You portray yourself as an aid to keep loved ones safe and do the opposite. You make me sick.

This product is an absolute scam. The app does not work, and they will deduct money from your credit card without authorisation. They will argue that you signed the contract to so authorise, but look out, before you know it you will be scammed hundreds of dollars.
