I admit I was a bit hesitant in using MyBritishPassport because of the extra cost, but having taken the plunge I am more than happy I used them. I live in France and obtaining a new passport can be problematic. Madeleine my contact was super efficient throughout the process. From beginning to end she explained what to do and I received my new passport in under 3 weeks despite the summer season when passport offices are very busy and there can be delays. Very very happy with the outcome and highly recommended to anyone looking for total efficiency and no worries.

I have just used U.K.Passport and was very pleased with the help I got. I would definitely recommend them if you need to travel to UK and need a British Passport. Mine took just over 5 weeks, they keep in contact with you and answer any questions you have, remembering they are 9 hours behind us (well NSW).

An extra ordinary experience with UK Passports.

I have recently completed a successful passport renewal/new passport process with this organisation. As an individual who has spent my entire career (56 years) in the Customer Service environments in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, I have experienced and witnessed good and poor customer service. I have experienced staff “doing their job” both good and bad together with staff who have shown a genuine willingness and desire to relate to their customer irrespective of the outcome.
My application was challenging and involved numerous different components to be adhered to even requiring sourcing documentation from the 1950’s. It was an application way beyond the ‘norm’, and I was assigned a UK Passport consultant named Madeleine.

I have used the word ‘extra-ordinary’ as I believe that my experience of the Customer Service that I have received from Madeleine is well beyond the normal superlatives of great / excellent / fantastic etc.
This consultant provided an outstanding and encompassing level of professionalism and a strong desire to build an exceptional level of personal engagement and interaction from day 1 to completion. Clear and timely communication, direction, advice, support and understanding, all delivered with a level of empathy that is often not evident in most Customer Service experiences. All of these strengths and skills made this entire passport process so much easier for my wife and I, who are senior citizens.

My passport renewal process was complicated because of my name change and the fact that I had lost my expired passport. But Robyn at the passport office guided me the process with patience and professionalism. (She deserves a medal - or better still, a raise).

MY PASSPORT RENEWAL
The renewal of my Passport took about 6 weeks, ably dealt with by Natasha at ukpassportsmail.com.
There were a few hiccups on the way - caused by myself as well as the Couriers - but Natasha had patience and was able to bring all the paperwork together to submit to the Passport Office.
I would highly recommend My British Passport Company for an efficient experience.

It is always a little daunting dealing with a government department, especially at a distance, and I did not want to have to apply twice for one passport, so I am very grateful to my assigned agent for her prompts and helpful tips to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.
