As I am technically challenged entering info on line is difficult at times, but Brittany was amazing and made the process so much easier. She explained everything so well and made the whole issue pleasurable instead of daunting, plus a good learning experience for me.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience dealing with Chelsea while getting my UK Passport.

My application was handles in a very professional and efficient manner although it did take a few months. There were clear instructions at every stage and the reply was always very prompt - within 12 hours despite the time difference

Renate gave me accurate, regular and up to date support to complete the passport process and ensure that my application data was picked up on time by DHL, processed and my new passport issued and delivered very quickly. She was an excellent support. Also the price of the service was also excellent (as the application fee and the couriers etc. all added together probably cost more). The process was clear and any questions I had my consultant answered quickly. I chose to use U.K Abroad because I was out of my country during the period I could renew my passport. The service provided a secure delivery service and was tracked. Initially I was hesitant to use a third party service but after cross checking the company against review and company registration decided to proceed.

Consultant, Saretha was a great supporter to make sure I completed all the forms correctly. I first heard from her on July 6, 2026, the forms were completed and collected by DHL on July 20, reaching the UK Passport office on July 29. I heard that my application had been approved on August 6 and the new passport was delivered to me on August 11, about 41 days from start to finish. Well done!.

Anelia of ‘My British Passport’ helped me to renew my lost passport. HM Passport Office requires great attention to detail and Anelia did an excellent job guiding me through the process. Dual Nationality passport holders would find her helpful in obtaining a British passport now required to enter the UK.
