Fantastic Service, Second Experience.
This is the second time I've worked with UK Passports and I highly recommend them. I asked to work with Renate again as she helped with my first renewal and was absolutely outstanding. Her level of professionalism, knowledge and kind warm manner made it such a positive and easy experience. Totally worth the fee for the peace of mind and the easy system they have in place. For the most part my experience was positive- I received good advise and support through out the process - I was disappointed to have to supply an alternative identity reference as the first one had been approved and went through the on line process - this proved to be time consuming and expensive as I had to send off supporting documents a second time - I did not get a clear explanation as to why my first reference was rejected having first been approved

If only everything were as efficient as UKPASSPORT
Somehow the UK PASSORT contract coped with the nerves and anxiety of this 87 year old applicant - and i found it totally successful because each step of the process was clearly laid out with no possibility of misinterpretation! The same strict process was observed by DHLDeliveries, the drivers employed by them are obviously 100% conscientious and I congratulate all concerned with the production of my new passport - and just hope that at 87 I might still have the opportunity to use it!
