They only accept debit (not credit) card payments, so you have to effectively pay for your goods upfront.
I ordered a golf bag to be delivered to the UK on 22nd Sept. After taking payment immediately, Muziker sent me the shipping details for their courier, UPS. My delivery was supposed to arrive on 30th Sept, but it still has not arrived (as of 3rd October). Both Muziker and UPS have been next to useless in locating my order and confirming when it will arrive. I haven't received a refund and would avoid at all costs.

I'm so glad I found the scooter I wanted to buy on Muziker! I'd not heard of the site before but read lots of good reviews and felt confident to buy. Ordering was easy, the price was great compared to anywhere else, delivery was quick and I was given plenty tracking info as the parcel made it's way. Guitar purchase
Ordered a Sire guitar.
Communication was good, delivery time was only 10 days from Slovakia to Scotland, responsiveness to a possible fault was excellent, and price was the best online.
Quality control was why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as the guitar needed a proper set up to be able to play it - truss rod, bridge and intonation all adjusted.
Pretty good overall, though.

Generally good
Generally good, just a couple of points. The delivery was a few days later than I was told. Part of the brake and some nuts and bolts had fallen off. These were loose in the box; fortunately they had not fallen out completely. The tyres were flat and there was a scuff on the fork. But functionally the scooter is great.
