I have had a Soho for two seasons. Love the design and overall worked well. Issues of E1 in season one but I now know that was largely due to operator error. The bladder was poor and over two seasons had to replace twice. At beginning of second season had problem with seal in pump (had dried up in winter but sorted with help from friend. ). Now at end of second season it has got a puncture/failed seem. Don't intend to repair but will look for offers over the winter for a new one (not necessarily Mspa). Paid about £700 for two years fun. Not bad value, but will look for higher quality next time.

Boblebadet er forøvrig fint og bra, men dukker det noe problemer har du trøbbel så sliter du.. Her vrei den delen hvor du tømmer badet seg mens det sto i bruk. Rare greier, men vi har gjort alt etter anvisningen og har jackofoam under. Var brukt i 2 mnd. Sendte inn klage. Hørte aldri noe tilbake. 3 mnd etter får jeg mail hvor de spør om jeg var fornøyd med servicen etter kontakt... Svarer at jeg aldri fikk hjelp, og gjorde dette i ro omganger til. Et år etter har jeg fortsatt ikke hørt noe. Kjøpte til slutt pumpe i dyre dommer for å få tømt det, og kommer aldri til å handle fra mspa igjen.

En Juin 2021,nous avons fait l'acquisition d'un spa MSPA. Nous l'avons mis en eau attendant avec impatience de nous en servir..
Malheureusement le bassin était percé.
Nous contactons MSPA qui nous renvoie un nouveau bassin. A nouveau déception le bassin ne correspond pas à celui que nous avions commandé. Comme nous l'avions gonflé nous prenons les photos que nous envoyons à MSPA et décidons de le mettre en chauffe pour en profiter....... et là crac la télécommande ne fonctionne pas..; nous recontactons MSPA. Nous revidons le spa attendons le nouveau bassin et la nouvelle télécommande.. Nous réceptionnons le tout heureux mais méfiants... et pour cause maintenant le moteur indique erreur F1... à nouveau nous vidons le spa démontons le moteur et renvoyons le tout... Nous recevons aujourd'hui le moteur, nous regonflons le bassin, à nouveau un remplissage, et de nouveau code erreur F1..........nous sommes mi-septembre et nous n'avons toujours pas utilisé notre spa.
MSPA à FUIR !!!!!!!!!!

I sent my pump unit off for repair and they’ve lost it !!!! Where the hell is it ? I be lost all this good weather and it’s just sitting there deflated and not being used. It’s sitting on the ground rotting, I don’t know if I will ever get it inflated again it’s been so long

Panne moteur à quelques jours de la fin de garantie et après seulement une petite dizaine d’heures de fonctionnement au total. Le filtre souvent mis en cause était très propre.
La qualité du matos est très moyenne.
En revanche, le sav a été très réactif et le moteur m’a été remplacé en une semaine. J’ai du payer 25 euros pour l’envoi mais chapeau le Sav. !!!

Problème 5 jour après l'installation la télécommande ne s'allumer plus, contact sav mspa par téléphone renvoi du moteur a leur frais retour 2 jrs plus tard du moteur qui fonctionnait, en espérant que ça dure, le capot du moteur était fendu je les ai prévenu ils m'en renvoi un neuf . Ravis du sav

I own the silver cloud version and have owned it since mid 2019. Now Im amazed at the so called plethora of bad reviews on this site, when you read them you can tell they are not all genuine. Mine has been great. I have had one E1 error which I rectified myself, I clean and change the filter every week, keep the chemicals at a good level, and when emptying I use a pipe and filter flush product. In the winter I purchased some insulation from wickes and bought a bespoke cover to protect it from the frost, now into my 3 year of use, absolutely no complaints here, don't believe everything you read, too many bad reviews in such short time - no chance. Happy hot tubbing.

Avoid at all costs. If you have an issue or a problem you are own. Customer service is non existent and telephone manned by people who can’t speak a word of English. We returned ours to a shop after inflation issues so didn’t even get to use it. AVOID. Do not waste your money

Nightmare from Day 1, spa was leaking after first set up. Eventually managed to find the service centre e mail which is in China. If the liner is not lined up EXACTLY with the motor housing it leaks a lot, it can become unaligned at any time. Now has an air bubble in the base. Have been sent another 'how to ' guide. Latest the filter motor is now broken and awaiting repair. I have used the spa 4 times this year. A lot of money down the drain!

Me demande de payer 54 + frais de port pour changement du bloc moteur suite à erreur E1 ...
au regard des commentaires ... je vais m’assoir sur cet achat malheureusement

had an issue with a silver cloud 6 berth wasnt sure where it was leaking from so was advised by Chris MSPA rep the hot tub was still under warrantyand that collection would be arranged for the whole unit including liner....A brand new liner and full service to the heater unit was carried our and returned within 10 days cant fault MSPA and thanks to Chris for your help too .

payez d abord et après vous n aurez rien pas de pièces
pas de sav personne
happy garden pas de garantie mais vous balade

Un seul mot : Fuyez !!

Similar experience to all those reported here. Control unit broken with F1 code within 3 months. Steer clear of mspa hot tubs

Bonjour ne pouvant plus avoir de pièces détachées pour ma pompes mspa pour le modèle mspa lite b140 elegance je suis obligé de ve dre un bassin neuf payé 256 euros.
Je le vends 140 euros ou alors je suis à la recherche d une pompe pour ce modèle.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Had the Spa 9 months, already had to return the pump for replacement, got it Back in May had it back 8 weeks and its gone again, MSpa say no refund contact AVC the Amazone seller, they say no refund - still in process of dispute, told to email China, I can this is going to be a long and rocky road. Dont buy

Bonjour . Mspa n'a manifestement pas de SAV . Un robot répond à vos questions pour vous indiquer que mspa vous répondra... sans suite bien sûr . Presque pas de pieces détachées. Un petit bout de plastique m'a couté 29€ ... Fuyez donc cette société qui vous abandonne dés que vous avez acheté . Je vais remplacer mon mspa par un autre (Intex est il plus sérieux ???)

I have the Alpine hot tub. I bought it in September 2019 and set it up in May 2020 for the first time. The dvd that came with it didn't work and the console O rings were missing. The manometer that inflates the HOT wouldn't inflate to the correct pressure. I rang customer services and as it was bought in 2019 they wanted 11 euros to send me The parts as they believed I had used it a lot and lost or used them. after a few weeks of emails back and forth i gave in and paid the 11 euros to get them, I set the pool up in may this year been in it three times and bubbles didn't work read trouble guide and the fault was the bubble filter had a short circuit I phoned support and they want £60 to send it away diagnose and tell me how much it will cost to repair not much good if only used for about a total of 6 weeks total crap stay clear wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy had to give it 1 star no way not to give it none

Le SPA fuit immédiatement après remplissage au niveau du filtre, le souci venant d'un mauvais serrage du porte filtre... mais que fait le contrôle qualité avant d'expédier le produit au client ?! Une semaine après le SPA ne filtre plus (Erreur F1) donc inutilisable donc retour atelier et là le SAV te demande de payer 25 Euros de frais de port !!! Hallucinant cette boite n'est vraiment pas sérieuse et je pense que si ils ne sont pas capables de prendre en charge les frais de retour c'est qu'une grosse majorité de leurs produits sont défectueux !!!!

Si l'installation est simple, la qualité laisse vraiment à désirer. Après 4 jours d'utilisation, la pompe s'arrête nette avec le code E1 comme un BUG. Inutile de parler du SAV, que ce soit auprès d'Alice Garden ou de Leroy Merlin c'est une honte, ces derniers s'emmerdent pas, comme Cdiscount ils vous laissent vous débrouillé avec le fabricant. A force de suivre des tutos, je suis arrivé à le faire fonctionner mais c'est du bricolage (doit fonctionner pendant une minute sans cartouche). C'est incroyable qu'on puisse se moquer du monde comme ça. A fuir.
