Loooved my pink Jordan’s
Loooved my pink Jordan’s , The finish on them and the way they look was perfect.
Delivery was understandable due to the process of customs , I had no issues regarding this , For a small company I thought this was a great purchase. I would buy again :)

Hi Kim! , So glad you loved them… We are aiming to improve on the delivery service and change this as Royal Mail have been having some delays with parcels internationally!
Thankyou!
Best shoes ever!
Loved my blue Dior airforces! , I thought the overall experience at Mrskicks was great! The shoes are in excellent condition and the customer service was great , I had my initial put on the side of the shoe and had gotten my ideas across pretty clear with the service that was provided. The delivery wasn’t to bad either considering they’re from the UK and was being shipped to the US 😁

So excited to give these latte custom Jordan’s to my daughter for Christmas! They look exactly like the picture we found online! The folks at the co were amazing at communicating and letting me know the process and thankfully they used Royal Mail and USPS rather than janky FedEx so they came in record time!!

We are so so happy you loved your new gifted Jordan’s!! We hope we create even more smiles this Christmas… Royal Mail has been the most reliable amongst USPS , we don’t intend to use any other couriers in the future as these are the best ones on a tracked service :)
Thankyou!

Hello , just to confirm we did ship your shoes out with tracking and uploaded this to PayPal we can even send your proof which we did do at the time of emailing you , we can confirm there may be some parcels getting lost especially if it was going to Qatar … we want to apologise for this inconvenience and can you please email me to compensate you for this loss of parcel…
This was your tracking number for Royal Mail : UB171742689GB.
Thankyou! :)
BAD!
The shoes where under expectations and it took 5 MONTHS to deliver. Really started thinking that I got scammed. And as uf it wasnt bad as it was I had to pay 1000 SEK to take rhe shoes from de post office. A bought them for summer shoes, no its snow outside and I Will have to wait for next year to wear them.

Hi linnea, We are sorry to hear the bad review and we apologise for any inconvenience caused , the extra payment at the post office wasn’t something we was aware of and the long waiting time was unexpected, As you know at the moment we have been over whelmed with purchases and we only have one person working amongst the orders , we thoroughly check for quality and high standards and we would rather ship a item out that looks good than looks bad… We also haven’t seen a email from you regarding this matter? Would you be able to contact us about the problem and maybe we can reimburse you for the payment loss at the post office - I know that international shipments can be very annoying and takes absolutely forever!
Thankyou! - I hope you have an amazing day
