most amazing customer service ever, i couldn’t get my 10% off coupon to work when checking out and didn’t want to miss out on my item so i just ordered it anyways then emailed them and they refunded me the 10%!!

Pre ordered a hard to find funko pop in January, took the risk as was not estimated in stock until 4 months later. Was kept in formed and the item arrived in perfect condition and was also in a protective case. Very happy son when it arrived.

Great experience

Very disappointing experience with Grey Wizard Toys.

I returned an unopened parcel using the return label provided through Temu and followed the returns process exactly as instructed. The parcel I returned was the exact same sealed parcel that had originally been delivered to me, and I never opened it.

I have proof of the return, including a drop-off confirmation email, video evidence of me handing the parcel to Evri, and tracking information showing the parcel was delivered to the seller’s return address with GPS confirmation.

Despite this evidence, Grey Wizard Toys denied my refund and their only response was: “Package is not there.”

No investigation details were provided and no evidence was supplied to dispute the courier’s delivery confirmation. As a customer, I do not believe it is reasonable to refuse a refund when the tracking clearly shows the return was successfully delivered to the seller’s designated returns location.

I have now been forced to escalate the matter through Temu’s claims process to recover my money.

That said, I am willing to be fair. If the parcel has genuinely gone missing after being marked as delivered, then the fault may lie with Evri rather than Grey Wizard Toys. However, as things currently stand, I am left out of pocket despite having evidence that the return was delivered.

I would be more than happy to update or remove this review if the matter is properly investigated and resolved fairly.

As always, the service was fantastic. Delivery was incredibly quick, and the range of products is excellent. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely first class communication from beginning to end. Secure packaging and reassurance from Grey Wizard, especially when I am a collector. They even supplied photos of the actual item to clarify that the item was good for me. Fantastic customer service!
