Contacted these guys via social media (Instagram) explaining I need an item off their website soon as! The response was almost immediately, and pure customer service, not only that the item arrives next day.
Highly recommend and the product is always well protected.

Fast delivery and item in pristine condition.
The box arrived in perfect condition and very fast.
Maybe speak to the delivery company for them to leave the package in a more discreet place. They left it half shoved into the mail box in the door.
Inside the blue bin or with the neighbours is always a better choice the funko Bax was kept intact at least.

Still waiting on my pop a month late
Still waiting on my pop, the date has changed 3 times. It was supposed to be Jan 16. Now it’s up to Feb 16. I bought it for a birthday gift which is now gonna be a month belated. There are other sellers on Amazon so if it not hear very soon I’ll cancel and go with a reliable seller. My fear is as bad as this process has been, I won’t get my money back

It sounds like this relates to an order you've placed through Amazon, where all our items are 'Fulfilled by Amazon' meaning they store, pack and ship all items for us, which we have no control over once we have shipped the items to Amazon's fulfillment centres.
