Loved the shoes perfect fit and looked amazing!!

Delivery of item was extremely slow my daughter’s birthday passed and I had to go out and purchase another pair of air force trainers. I received 1 notification apologies for the delay, I asked for a refund only to be told on their website it states no refunds. Would never purchase from here again.

The customer service was nothing short of spectacular! Delivery was ahead of schedule. Communication was effortless I didn’t have to wait days for a response. Everything was immediately! And the product was A1 100% authentic. I’m a new customer for life now!

Took over a month to arrive.
We receive a faulty / substandard item (with glaring manufacturing defects on the stitching on both shoes) and then get accused of having ‘aggressively worn them’ to have caused it! Even when it’s clearly obvious from the photos that they have NEVER been worn and it is not a wear issue.
They actually custom painted over the faulty / missing stitching! So, that means they must have received them like that from Nike…..Still customised them and then sent them onto us!!
Offered a partial refund, but flat refused to give us a full refund on return (on the basis that they were a ‘custom one off’ and it’s ‘their selling rules’). Clearly haven’t heard of distance selling rules or have any intention of abiding by them. We refused the partial refund out of principal, not to mention the immediate accusatory approach coming from the seller.
The faulty Nikes cost us £170.
Don’t expect PayPal to help you out either, as they sided with the seller. Basically saying that it’s perfectly ok for a seller to send trainers with damaged / missing stitching on them (as it’s kinda close enough to what was originally advertised). PayPal, you should be utterly ashamed of yourselves.
Tempted to take these to an official independent third party and have them properly authenticated, as well as evaluated for the standard (or lack of it) of their manufacture.
Been a total waste of time and money.
Buyer Beware…..

Ordered the Dior Airforce 1s. Took a while to arrive due to delays in delivery, miscommunication and holiday season (ordered in October, than was re delivered and received the second time on 4th of February). Was worried with my order along the way but they reassured me at all times. Was quite satisfied with the level of communication from the other end. Once received my parcel, I absolutely loved it. No damage and spot on with the intricacy and detailing. It was exactly how I imagined it to be. Will definitely be purchasing custom sneakers again.

Ordered “Dior Airforce 1’s” end of November, they did take a while to arrive
(delivered 12th January), and I was quite worried with my order, but I was quickly reassured that my order was going to arrive, they even put a small free gift in to apologise for the delay.

The shoes arrived, and they are top quality, my partner absolutely loves them, and I will be purchasing from this company again. Definitely recommend💯

I had a great experience with Mrskicks and there A star treatment… I purchased the Latte cream Jordan’s and they’re absolutely stunning , the neutral colours go really well with my outfit and the shipment to Switzerland was very quick! I’m most likely to be returning within the new year, Merci!!

It took 2 months to get the sneakers! Once I receive them I put right away waterproofing on them in order to fix the colors.
My daughter wore them twice and the color is already cracking! this is unacceptable! And I paid GBP 275 for the Jordans sneakers, for this price I thought the quality would follow.

In their reply below they claim to have offer a refund which is untrue!
The waterproofing spray I used on the sneakers is the one I use on all my shoes and my sneakers and it never made the paint peel off! They are lying on everything in their reply below. This company is a scam!

Ordered a custom pair of Jordan 1’s (Mids) for my boyfriend who is obsessed. He has literally every pair available so he was so happy to get a pair that no one has.
The design process was fun and fast and Mrs Kicks had some really cool ideas to make them bespoke.
They were beautifully made and I’ll definitely be ordering another pair soon.
