I loved MoxieLash at first, but they are a little expensive I thought until yesterday when I bought some invisible clear glue and they raved I had so many points to help buy my next product , couldn't work it out ,though it may be deducted at checkout like others but no $47.95 thought a bit steep but because the black liner just makes a real mess and the clear is so much better I purchasd it ...The $47.95 was U.S. so cost me for a bit of glue a whopping $75.78 Australian...I could have died..that is absolutely appalling...never again...like their lashes etc but not at that expense when you see the exchange rate

I ordered Airy on the go lashes and…
I ordered Airy on the go lashes and received them quickly. I was able to put them on and i LOVED how they looked, but they were not staying well. I realized the glue was hardened inside the tube and also, after consulting the videos, realized that there may be something wrong with the sticky strip. I contacted support via email and after a brief explanation of my issues and a couple of photos sent I was assured a replacement would be sent immediately. I realized that sometimes things go wrong, but having a company stand behind their product is priceless. I'm so looking forward to using this product!

When I received my lashes
When I received my lashes, the liner was dried up and unusable. This made me upset. A team member reached out to me and resolved the issue. I'm appreciative how attentive and quick this team member acted. Excellent customer service!

Customer service is spot on and replies super fast. Very easy to get a hold of, quick, efficient and courteous replies.I placed a small quick order the other day and received a text with an extra discount code. I decided to use it for some things tonight I didn't get then, but it wouldnt work. I hit help and said "discount code not working" and it gave me a 24 hr email and phone number to use. My choice. I emailed a copy of the text with the message that it isn't working. Almost immediately I had a reply with a corrected code or alternate for the discount and an apology. If the product is as awesome as all claim, which I am so excited to try! Then I will have found a new favorite company. Hands down! I will update once I get them in and try them!

Your lashes are so beautiful and natural and well made , I love them , the only problem is to remove the magnetic eye liners, even with your eye liner remover Qtips , still difficult to remove, hurts my eyes, i wish I can find a better way .

Im so disappointed
Im so disappointed. I finally gave into the marketing bombardment on my social media and I couldn’t be more disappointed with the product. The magnetic lash eyeliner is not smooth at all. It’s really kind of chunky. I still used it and got the lashes on only to have them lift half way through the evening. I went to see the Barbie movie. I wasn’t even doing anything strenuous or sweaty. I also ordered a pair of the lashies and wasn’t thrilled. The silicone was glopped onto the lashes and visible. There was also barely any product included with the lash purchase. I thought it would be enough to use that set of lashes for their 25-30 uses but there is no way it will last that long. Id be suprised if I get 3-5 more uses. I honestly had a much better experience with Kiss lashes. I wish I would not have spent $100 to try your product. It was an absolute waste of money.

They are not as simple as the ads would…
They are not as simple as the ads would like you to believe. There is definitely a learning curve. But I am beginning to like them. The liner takes a bit of practice for sure.

The liner gel was dried up completely when I received my lashes. So, I can’t use either of the two lashes that I bought! So disappointed.

I was really hoping for the Moxie lashes to work out for me but they are way too long way too big in both directions. I really wish you’d do a natural looking lash that isn’t so long I would’ve loved that.

Would not recommend!!!
I didn't find them to be any better than drugstore lashes that cost significantly less! Putting the fake lash on top of the natural lash also doesn't look good in my opinion. The shipping cost is WAY too high, and of course you lose this if you ask for a refund. My recommendation is drugstore Kiss lashes! Save yourself some money, much easier to apply, and looks WAY better!
