Fantastic customer service!!!
The customer service was fantastic!! They replaced my small Lashies liner when it wasn’t working with a full size liner! As well as noticed that my lashes may have been damaged and sent a replacement for them as well!! Their speed to answer questions and solving the problem was extremely fast and no accusations that I may have done something wrong to the product.
Also I love both the moxie lashes and the Lashies!!! I highly recommend them!

These lashes are the best !!
These lashes are the best !!! I have worked in them full 12 hours behind the bar , sweating , running , bending and 3 deep nonstop ! They stayed on , felt so lightweight and honestly forgot I had them on. Actually came home and fell asleep with them on cuz I was exhausted and they stayed on perfectly !!!! Just wow!!!!!!!!!!So many compliments ! I have pretty much bought every kit so far and each lash goes in great , stays on and the liner is amazing cuz it doesn’t smudge or flake off.
Also their customer service is the best I’ve ever encountered !! Don’t wait , these are 100% worth the money and I promise you won’t regret it! Also , I love that if I don’t like a certain lash I can just take it off without having to redo anything, just pop on another style !
Don’t wait or hesitate / these are a must have for every gal that loves lashes and looking your best ! My husband loves them as well and saves me time on my makeup routine cuz I don’t put on mascara any longer !!
The lashes come in a great case so after wearing them just pop them off and clean them with a cotton swab gently and boom good for your next use .
Again, these are worth the price because the quality is undeniable !! I only wish I knew about these lashes as soon as they came out . But better late than never !!!

The fact that you had a three pack for $33 caught my eye cuz I have no eyelashes. I love the lashes they're soft and real to the feel
The sales and prices make them great, and the lashes feel so real. I got a three pack for $33 but wasn't a good fit for me. But customer service was is awesome. they're sending me a free baby lash with free clear eyeliner to try I appreciate that so much. Great customer service!

Best magnetics I've ever tried!!
The product did better than I expected. Way better than others I've tried. It was easier to use than I imagined and made me feel wonderful. Customer service has also been fast and complete!!!

Great customer service solved my problem.
My first review was very bad. The liner for my Lashies was very gloppy and thick and not spreadable at all. I gave it a bad review and Moxie Lash contacted me immediately and resolved the issue by sending a new liner for my Lashies. Thank you for great customer service.

I had a reaction to the liner/lashes. My eyelids swelled up. Even after taking off the day before my lids were irradiated and swollen the next day. On the good side, beautiful product and packaging. Speedy delivery. I’m disappointed I can’t use them.

This Eyeliner irritates eyelids
Received lashes, good quality but the eyeliner irritates my eyes, made eyelids itch and become pink and puffy. I sent email to support asking if I could return them with no response. However, I continue to get emails to rate the service.

Not enough or too much…
I guess either I used too much or too little glue with the Lashies, and they pulled up on the edges of one, and in the middle and one edge in the other. I will stay with your magnetic line of lashes which last all day and night without a care!
