My 2nd order was taking a little longer than I had expected so I reached out to Moxie Support and they responded very quickly with an update on my order along with how to track my 2nd order since it was already in the shipping process. Customer service was awesome! Looking forward to receiving my new lashes!

Have not received lashes yet, but had to reach out to customer service regarding account set up for loyalty points. The representative was very informative and responded quickly. I had a few questions also regarding the product and again the CS offered great insight and also provided the companies exceptional return/refund policy. Excited to get my lashes and try them. First time ever trying fake lashes.

The Lashies are the best in terms of look, comfort, quality & durability. I actually get about 6 weeks of daily wear from each pair. I have tried other attractive lashes but they always disappoint with comfort & number of wears, I always return to MoxieLash for the best!

These lashes are Amazing. They loom natural and are made to fit all beauty types. They are durable and even can be washed and used over again

MoxieLash are amazing! I’ve been using them now for over 6 months, mostly on the weekends.
By far the best and easiest lashes I’ve ever had, application is so easy which makes me want to wear them all the time!
I always get compliments from other women on how they look and where I got them from!
Just a tip - make sure you clean the remaining liner off your lashes after you remove them, EVERYTIME!
This is the best way to get 30+ wears out of them. You can definitely tell the difference with mine as to which ones I’ve taken care of!

I bought the Natural and Wedding kit because of an ad I saw on Facebook. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to apply the liner and place the lashes. They looked better than the drugstore ones and stayed on better than the lashes I got from the M.A.C. counter at Ulta.
Unfortunately, after 2 practice applications, my liner got thick and clumpy, making it really difficult to use. But I contacted customer service and they were amazing!! They had me take a pic of how the liner looked swatched on my hand and agreed it looked different. They offered to send a replacement liner or for me to try something else. I am now waiting for the clear liner in the Nanogrip lash line and am excited to see how this turns out. One thing I know for sure is that I will never go back to lash glue again!

Moxielash has hands down the BEST customer support on the market! They are always so helpful and quick to reply. If I have had a hard time using my points they are quick to send me an invoice and help. So patient and kind...thank you Moxie lash.

Moxie Lashies are fantastic to use and easy to wear, but I had a little problem with my mini glue being dried up. Not to worry….. Customer Service to the rescue!!! Not only were they willing to help out… they are sending me a full size Lashie nano liner to use instead. A+ service my friends!!

Not only are the new Lashies absolutely amazing, but customer service is the absolute best!!! I received my Lashies and they looked a little off. They didn’t exactly match perfectly. So, I emailed customer service. Not only did they answer me back at record speed (within two hours) but, they took care of it right away by sending me a replacement pair! I have never had such quick, efficient and friendly service from any company! I am a MoxieLash customer for life!

Not only did they respond quickly to my question and resolve my issue immediately, they were happy to help, listened to my concern and heard what I was saying. Ended up ordering the wrong lashes. Spoke with a constant she was absolutely wonderful helping get everything fixed to the correct lashes I wanted. The best customer service by far.
