The nano lashes are my favorite. I have no trouble with them lasting all day, and the eyeliner grip is super easy to use. The customer service is what sets this company apart. It is personalized, smart, and very timely! I feel like I am chatting with a girlfriend! My profile pic is me wearing the baby lashes.

Reordered some lashes from Moxielash recently. When I didn’t receive an item, I emailed their support section. I heard back within seconds with an explanation that the missing item is on back order and I was provided a new tracking link. Oftentimes, we wait for days before we hear back from the service desk and even more during the holidays. I’m extremely satisfied with their response and their lashes!

I’ve never worn lashes before, but I decided to try the magnetic moxie lash. I made a mistake by buying the wrong color for my lashes and even though it was my mistake, customer service still replaced all the lashes for free to new lashes that would fit me better! They returned my email with an hour of my question about exchanging and helped me pick out the correct lashes. They are super friendly and helpful, I would recommend 100%
Even though the brown lashes don’t work for me, I still tried the system with the liner and the lashes, and I will say this is amazing, and so easy that I will always be wearing lashes from now on!

I have just received EXCELLENT customer service!
I incorrectly ordered the wrong lashies and Moxielash have given me a voucher at their expense to order the correct ones. Amazing! :) (Thank you Lucy)
By the way, I have smallish eyes and the Baby Lashies are perfect!

I am so glad I didn't immediately buy the big tube of the liner along with the first pair of lashes, or the makeup remover stuff they recommend. I'd have been out close to $100 for nothing. Just tried the Lashies for the first time. Either the stuff in the tube is "dead" or dried up or just doesn't work, but the lashes didn't even come close to sticking. I tried putting more of the liquid on, still didn't stick. Certainly not as advertised where it shows sticking the lashes to your wrist and giving it a tug to show how well it sticks. Very disappointed as I waited forever for these to finally arrive. Glad I'm only out the $35.

Excellent customer service!! The magnetic lash system wasn’t for me, so I contacted customer service via email and received a speedy reply and a more than generous offer to make it right. Such a great company to do business with!!

I ordered my lashies but the liner was dry, it was coming out in clusters :( I was texting with the representative, Luzille, she was very helpful, they are sending a replacement liner :) Hopefully I will be able try my new lashies soon! Thank you for your help

The warehouse lost my order. I emailed with a representative and she was very helpful. She was kind and got a new order placed for me. I will hopefully receive it soon. Can’t wait to try my lashes!

I am in love with these lashes. At first I only purchased magnetic lashes, but then I tried Lashies and it gets very difficult to decide which lashes I want to wear. If you ever thought applying lashes were a nightmare, I assure you anyone can use these lashes!

Cant give a review of the actual product has its not arrived. I ordered 5th November it’s now the 17th and it hasn’t even left the US yet. Shame on you for choosing the most possible cheapest way to send via DHL. You have cost me $165 out of pocket

I am completely amazed at the level of customer service from this company. My order was delivered to the wrong address in another town. I notified the company and in a matter of minutes, they informed me a new order was coming. I can't wait to try my new lashes.

I order some lashes for Halloween. They would have been here on time if I had put the right address in. Customer service was fast amazing. Dealt with the issue right away. I’ve tried the product before and absolutely love them I highly recommend.

My fave lashies are the Airy lashies. I'm not happy, however, with the tiny little nano grip liner. I've yet to open one that isn't dry and unusable. I hate that I'm paying extra for not getting to use it. I do LOVE the lashies, and wear them almost daily (I've discovered that I can't wear them when I go to my chiropractor!)

I had a problem getting them to stay on and the liner was very visible and it looked like a mess. I send an email requesting an address to send them back for a full refund.

I can always get ahold of customer service. The girls are fantastic. The lashes are high quality.

Moxielash customer support is very helpful. They got back to me very quickly. And handled the problem very professionally. I no longer have a problem, they took care of it.

My issue was resolved quickly by Luzille (I think) and Moxie stood by their promo when I reached out after placing my order and was willing to happily send me the free gifts :)

I emailed because my lashes were too full (like butterflies). They got right back to me. They were so happy to help lizelle was the girl that helped me. Thanks so much.
