I have worn MoxieLashes for over a year — first magnetic lashes, and more recently I started wearing nano-grip lashes. I typically wear a natural look, but I decided to experiment with glam lashes. While the new product is absolutely beautiful, it isn’t a great fit for me. I called customer service today … I KNOW … but wait!!! No telephone tree, no excessive menu with millions of selections, instead … within two to three minutes, a customer service rep answered … a live human!! Venus professionally answered all my questions and quickly resolved my issue. She followed up with an email detailing our conversation and notified me of next steps if I had any additional concerns. Who knew that simply speaking to a polite and attentive human could turn sheer dread into a committed customer??!?

MoxieLash was very quick at responding to an issue I had with product. They quickly assessed the problem by asking the appropriate questions and made a swift decision to make it right! THAT's Customer Service :)

I been using magnetic lashes for a couple of years with the black eyeliner, and I order the new wifey lashes nano grip liner we’re theme on Sunday for church wow wow love theme I just Order more waiting on the others to come back in stock I can’t be without my lashes I were theme daily. I wanted to Thank the Customer Service Dept for being so quick to respond, even on a Sat and also for handling my issue with Grace and understanding. I bought the Nano-Grip Lash Bundle and I LOVE them, my favorite are the Happy lashes. Well, the bundle I bought came with the All Gone Makeup Remover, so I thought that meant I was to use that product to remove the lashes. I even watched the videos on how they recommend removing the lashes. Well after 3 uses my lashes were falling apart and looked awful. I sent them pictures of the lashes with a disappointed email because I was loving the look and ease of applying them, but obviously disappointed they were falling apart after only 3 wears. They informed me via email you are NOT suppose to use the All Gone Makeup remover on the lashes as thats what will happen, but rather you need to use their All in 1 Makeup remover, which is currently SOLD OUT. So I asked how they recommend removing them if the product they recommend using is SOLD OUT. They were very helpful, emailed me options and also replaced my Happy Lashes for FREE. THANK YOU for doing the right thing and making me a repeat customer for life!!

I love my Nanogrip lashies! Lots of choices and easy to use. Simple directions to follow.
I had to email customer service to exchange a pair of lashes. It was a great experience! Quick response and exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service!

I purchased the magnetic eyelashes in December. This was my 2nd purchase. I noticed that the lash liner was thicker than the previous tube and a little clumpy. I also noticed that the lashes weren’t completely sealed. That was due to the clumpy liner.
I contacted Moxie Lash 6-8 weeks after purchase and explained the problem. I requested a replacement liner.
I was told:
To shake the bottle
It was after 30 days of purchase so a replacement could not be offered.
This is a prime example of poor customer service and a company not willing to accept responsibility for its defective product.
This was my last purchase!

The quick, polite and helpful response and incredible customer service sets MoxieLash apart from other companies. I had ordered some lashes but wanted to refund a part of my order. I received a response within minutes of sending the email and they were so quick to explain and give me the refund, as well as sent a separate email when it was done to advise the exact amount. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded and how amazing and attentive they were! I will DEFINITELY be ordering again, and I can’t wait to receive the magnetic lashes and try them out !

Their new PERFX Serum Foundation is a dream come true! The shade match is the most perfect match I’ve ever found. The texture, coverage, and feel of this foundation is heavenly! Very lightweight on the skin but is buildable if you need to spot cover or just like more coverage. I am 100% loving this product and will repurchase without hesitation!

Great customer service! The nano liner I received with my lashes wasn't great and clumpy making it hard for application. Upon leaving a review to reflect this Luzille from moxie immediately reached out and we got an email chain started. She was quick in sending a replacement liner so I could give nano liner a second chance. I am impressed with this level of customer service.

when I received my lashes, the liner was dried up. I started a chat on their website and got a response within minutes and I am being sent a new full-sized liner (instead of the sample size originally sent). Great customer service so far!!!

I was not please with the first order i received and i was accommodated with their exchange/return policy. i received very prompt response to my email and it was shipped the same day.

I LOVE this company! Customer service is excellent. I can't believe how fast they respond and Luzille, who responded to my query, was super helpful and friendly and solution oriented. I had mistakenly ordered a kit with the 5 magnet versions and I wanted the 10 magnet versions instead and she totally handled the issue and it was also really nice to get the same rep responding each time. I sent over 4 or 5 emails clarifying and asking questions and she followed through and answered all of my questions quickly and I felt supported and taken care of! PLUS I love their products and felt valued as a customer.
