The Manager at MovingLife her name was Helen was most helpful and I can’t praise her enough. She was very understanding and arranged the collection of the scooter. The scooter I found out was not suitable to go on the bus. I have a disability that prevents me from putting it in the suitcase mode. This does not reflect on the scooter which is very well constructed but was not suitable for My particular disability. I thank again the companies understanding of my situation.

The service from Moving Life is always excellent. All orders are dispatched quickly, well packaged and arrive promptly.

Luke was very helpful patient & professional. All my questions were answered. The whole process was very easy and I’m looking forward to receiving my scooter.

Visited the show room, and the staff were open and honest and explained all options, finances and accessories related to the scooter. Payment was easily completed and goods received within a week.

We had an excellent demonstration at show room in Milton Keynes
The purchase was straight forward with a deposit except for a hiccup with final payment and dispatch the process was seamless. The scooter has delivered everything we require separating the unit into two parts it fits neatly into boot of our BMW 2 series convertible. The scooter appears well engineered dismantling and assembling becomes quicker each time as sequence becomes automatic memory. Scooter has 10 speed settings but 3 or 4 is a good walking speed for me to keep up with wife. This is an expensive chair but it solves our needs to not have to change our car

Ordered my scooter four weeks ago paid in full ,then told the scooter would arrive in two weeks, still waiting four weeks later ,no communication at all ,I am not impressed at all.
I would like to update my review, moving did immediately phoned me and apologised for lack of communication,also gave me some compensation also kept me up to date with delivery, scooter arrived ,off we went to our local seaside promenade,lovely weather, my daughter is in charge of scooter in and out of car,I'm rearing to use my scooter, oh it wouldn't start,came having a cuppa she shouts OH MUM I FORGOT TO SWITCH THE BATTERY ON
Back to seaside next day. delighted with my scooter had a good hour and more along the promenade, I missed out before having my scooter due to breathing problems, I now have a new lease of life ,so thank you Moving Life

Drew arrived on time and gave an excellent demonstration of the scooter. Having met someone who was a very satisfied atto user I was already minded to purchase. The scooter trial convinced me to go ahead and I was happy to purchase. I am now looking forward to using it in the real world.

Good products but not cheap. Lost the 5th star when they ignored a subsequent enquiry sent directly by email some weeks ago regarding ongoing security accessories.

What impressed us the most was the determination of all staff, Helen, Drew and Graham are the ones we dealt with and all 3 proved helpful even when I had to send back the my first choice as I hadn't initially realised how tough the mechanics of the ATTO Sport scooter were for me. I was offered an EzyChair folding wheelchair that was much more suitable and I bought it instead. My thanks to all.

I can't praise Moving Life and the staff enough, especially Helen and Luke who have been friendly, kind, helpful, and extremely patient and understsnding throughout all the endless phone calls and emails over the past month.
During this time my second hand Atto Classic was serviced and new parts fitted.
I then decided I would like to part exchange my Atto Classic for the Atto Sport MAX as I was worried about my body weight fluctuating partly due to Heart Falure.
I had the opportunity to visit Moving Life Head Office in Milton Keynes and met Luke who as always was friendly, kind, understanding and helpful throughout despite me feeling extremely unwell mentally! I wasn't well at all!
I now have the Atto Sport Max and I am so pleased. It really is top class and on my way home with it a bus driver commented how class it looked. The Atto Sport Max is more expensive than the Atto Classic, but I think it is more than worth it.
Thanks Helen and Luke you really are the Best and thanks to all the staff and engineers at Moving Life for designing this State of the Art Mobility Scooter! It really is fantastic!

Helen at Moving life goes above and beyond to make things as simple as possible to arrange any work you require for your scooters.
It is quite a niche product so there is no local dealerships to carry out the work required, however although transport costs are involved, the whole process of arranging for transport & work required has always been easy & the service first class.

Amazing Mobility Scooter. Excellent Customer Service

From initial contact at Cheshire Showroom with Mark who was amazing and emailed me at my request, details of the Atto Classic Mobility Scooter and the Atto Sport Mobility Scooter for me to look at to decide which mobility scooter I wanted. Customer service excellent, no sales pressure, gave me a demo at the time and provided prices of scooters and all the accessories available. A month later I returned to purchase the Atto Sport Mobility Scooter from Lucinda who was also amazing, very helpful, further demonstration and answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and thorough.

The Scooter is very impressive. beautifully constructed and the scooter just a brilliant product.

First Class Service would highly recommend I am very happy with my purchase. Perfect Mobility Scooter.

Excellent mobility scooter. The Alto Sport has changed my life, quite literally.

From the first contact the customer care was great. The team accommodated us and called in for a demo at a time that suited us. The product is impressive. Placing an order to purchase was easy. Following that the scooter was delivered very quickly with a full handover from Drew. Would very much recommend.
