First rate, I had more disability needs and they fixed, no quibble.

We ordered the extendable push handles for a made-to-measure wheelchair. Unfortunately, when they were fitted, the height of the wheelchair back had to be adjusted. This was never explained to us before we purchased them.

As the wheelchair was custom-made to my daughter’s measurements, altering the back height was not appropriate, and we had to arrange for the handles to be removed.

I don’t believe these handles should have been recommended for a made-to-measure wheelchair where fitting them requires changing the original setup. Despite this, the company has refused to issue a refund, which has been very disappointing.

The charity funded wheelchair for my daughter and custom made it for he it has completely transformed her daily life. She is now able to be more independent again, which has made her so happy. The wheelchair has met all of her needs and given her confidence and freedom back. We are incredibly grateful for the support and the positive impact it has had on our family." Tom was amazing at helping explain the difference within tapers on my wheelchair. Also answering every question worded perfectly so I could understand. As this chair is my first custom wheelchair, I had many questions and Tom and Sarah would always give a detailed answer about the chair or question I had.

Sarah would help me to book in dates for the fittings and would also help breakdown the pricing as well as with Tom.

Amazing experience, Staff are very understanding and very helpful and professional.

The chair is so comfy and fits me so well,( thanks to Tom helping me). The flow on the chair is incredible and I am very happy.

Our Magic 360 was due a service and the engineer that carried out the work was Joe. He arrived in good time, was very pleasant, did a very thorough service (as seen from the service report) and was very informative.

The whole thing from starts to finish was dealt very professionally. Karen was amazing in the office and Duncan was amazing with Nathan couldn’t fault the service that we received. It makes a change from other services that we’ve had in the past five stars all day.

So from start to finish i have recieved such great care and advise. So ive recently bought the new xt4 all terrain chair from being assessed from mark Weston to many updates and contact from sarah Johnstone, I have enjoyed the service I have recieved from them

The staff where always friendly on the phone line and when the bloke came out ro show me the mobility scooter and also deliver it. But wasn't made aware that the company does insurance & breakdown cover for scooters until I received my handover

Motus medical have been wonderful when dealing with our sons wheelchair power add on, from advice on which type to choose, to ordering and ensuring a perfect fit. Their customer service is excellent and Matt made sure everything was perfect before handing over. Thankyou so much.
