I have recently purchased ladies briefs from VB the first time I have been to the shop the staff were very helpful as I waited for Nicola to help me.I have bought underwear from Nicola many years ago but only got back in touch recently I am still wearing the underwear it's still in great condition. I will be back a lot sooner this time and would highly recommend the personal care they offer I am well pleased 😊

Hi Maggie. Sorry to see you have given us a 1 star review. I am also sorry to hear you’re not received the item as well as your address not being updated. I’ve take the liberty to look into this for you. I can see on the 10th of May at 21.15, we cc’d you into an email and asked for you to confirm you received the email. I note we didn’t have any response. Even if you’d moved CHNI would have your updated information as they are supplying your stoma items. I will email you both now to find out what the hold up was and to ask for your updated address as it doesn’t appear to have been received. As it is the weekend, I don’t suspect we will get a response from CHNI until Monday. Team VB.

Fantastic items and service
This is my second order with Vanilla Blush and I'm super pleased with the ostomy support belt, boxers and hernia support boxers. They fit perfectly and much better than my previous ostomy support products as well providing enhanced confidence. Definitely advise placing a first order to confirm the correct size before ordering more items.

The hernia support device/belt has been…
The hernia support device/belt has been a great advantage to me .
Having had a major bowel and bladder operation including stoma in March this year my active lifestyle was turned upside down but now with the help of the belt and support briefs I have been able to resume running ,coaching footballers,walking my active border collie,core and weight training and gardening.
In truth when I am wearing these garments/belts I don’t know I have a stoma and also I am able to wear both dress and sports clothing and none of the belts or garments are visible.
