I clicked on this site by mistake thinking I was paying for a TV licence at a new address. The fee was £41 exactly matching the cost of a quarter of the annual TV licence. Having paid the sum I thought little more of the transaction until I continued to receive reminders from the TV licencing authority. I called the licence centre to determine whether they had received - surprise - they had not. Just what my £41 fee was supposed to achieve I'll never Know. I can only reiterate the views of other users of the site, be very careful when selecting, in my case, a TV licencing site. Dare I say the £41 fee was a coincidence or a deliberate effort to deceive! Stay clear of MOVEMY

Rare to find a company where the team is actually able to help you go thru the process

I saved alot of time and have managed to update all of my companies when moving house, usually just takes me all day but I have managed to do it in about 10 minutes with some help from the live chat team thanks will recommend to friends, maxine

I didn’t want to put any stars but couldn’t write the review without providing 1 star. First of all, I want to say DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER!! I wanted to change my tv licence details do to moving house. I clicked, by mistake on to Movemy website, because it was top of my search list. I was charged £16.50 which I thought was strange, but then realised my mistake. I emailed Movemy and they told me they would refund me. What a joke, I have emailed them many times, no response, no refund. Please double check that you’re on the correct website before paying anything. This company have no conscience or scruples.

I recently used to move might update multiple utility companies for when I moved house I was really pleased with the overall service and the help I received from the live chat team seemed very helpful and knowledgeable when I got stuck which is pretty rare was able to answer all my questions that I needed

Whatever the value of their overall moving service might be, the cost of £16.50 to tell tv licensing that you have changed address is a scam mainly because you think you are using tv licensing directly when you are not. I see that this has been going on for some time according to the reviews. Because they continue to indulge in this deceptive practice, I would recommend avoiding this company.

Misleading advert that came on top of my Google search listings to change my TV Licence. Intentional deception, very convincing landing page, my regret is that i was too stressed to question why I was charged £17 to change my address. Thankfully I told them to p1ss off when they cold-called to "Help" me with my move, shame I fell for their trap on the other side. Frauds, conmen and leaches. Avoid like the disease they are.

Do not use this company they took my money and did nothing! I’ve asked them for a refund and heard nothing they are a scam

Well worth the fee in my opinion I have tried to contact my suppliers numerous times and seem to sit forever in the queue on the phones found this service and I’ve updated all of them in about 20 minutes so I saved a lot of time thanks very much will recommend the service are you happy with the experience, phil

scam company. Sits at the top of Google ranking, and appears like a TV license address change company, then takes money off you for a free service, available via the official TV license company. Don't go near this company.

I thought I was using the real T V licence website to renew a license. I contacted movemy immediately and had an email stating they would arrange a refund. This was on 8 December and would take 5 to 7 working days. Despite several emails I have sent chasing this up no refund given.

Good overall service I updated my suppliers in late November and have received confirmation from them it’s good to see services like this saving consumers time as I always used to dread calling all of the companies especially during the Christmas period when they probably would’ve all been closed

Scam company. Gets itself to top of google results then charges money for services that are free. DO NOT USE.

I recently moved house and was dreading having to call up to 10 different suppliers to update my details I found this service but let me update them all at once and it has saved me so much time, it was easy to use quick and most importantly took the stress out of the usual situation that would’ve taken me hours I highly recommend this service to anyone who is moving house and wants to save a bit of time

Despite promising a refund and reminders to do so this cheating company have not refunded. Shocking no customer service at all.

Live chat was very helpful and ive managed to update, gas electric tv licence pet insurance and broadband, 4/5 have also confirmed the change by email thank you thanks again this is certainly a great deal of time and the live chat was helpful when I got stuck with a few things but overall service was prompt and will recommend to friends

This company is a total fake! They advertise a service to assist with changing home address but the reality is that they take £16.50 from you and do nothing!
They never respond to any form of communucation. I ended up making all address changes myself. Be warned - this is a total waste of money!

Absolute scam. Take your money, don't do anything and then don't refund when they say they will. Avoid at all costs!

Very pleased with the movemy service, have used them to update, gas, electric, broadband, tv licence and a few others, was taking me way too long trying to call these companies right head ache, has saved me great deal of time, many thanks
