Buying a new car can be a stressful event, and even more so when its online and outside of my comfort zone. Well step in Motorfinity. From my first call in to Cameron who guided me through the process all the way to the Delivery Team and Lucy, the stress was noticeable absent at my end. When 4 days before delivery was due an issue with the fitting of a tow bar (dealer problem) threatened to derail the process, up stepped Lucy to regain control and sorted it out. This was my first and maybe the last buying new car. I was first a bit of sceptical. But convinced myself saying whatever happens let’s go for it. But things went completely opposite way then I was thinking. Mr. Luke and Lucy were the main persons who dealt from staring to finish. And everything went smoothly. Good customer service, you could call them anytime you need or want. Delivery was on time and also delivery driver was so good and helpful. This was my first experience of using Motorfinity for a purchase of a car. Having been told a few year back that they offer discounts on new cars, initially it was more curiosity to see what discounts would apply. It was pretty impressive to know that you effectively request any new car and they will offer a discounted price.

My whole experience for initial contact about the car I was interested in, to delivery took around 3/4 months, which isn't bad at all considering this was literally factory built.

I was never unsure or uncertain on what the process was throughout as it was all very straight forward. Request what cost a certain car would be, to confirming the order (with a very small fee) through to regular updates on car build process/shipping/UK delivery to actually having the car dropped off at the front door. My own situation I was never unaware of what was happening and there wasn't a moment I felt I needed more from Motorfinity as they provided all the information I needed.

I was in contact through email with Olivia to begin with when it came to the ordering form and then towards delivery Lucy. Both very professional in their communication of relevant information.

If I ever get the urge to get a brand new car again I will no doubt be using Motorfinity. A big thank you to the team there, as it is that time of year have a Merry Christmas!

From my first call with Olivia through to my last email with Fiona, everyone at motorfinity made my car buying experience pleasant and easy. Overall good service staff were pleasant and helpful but could have got back with information better. I.e. said they'll phone back and didn't. The hassles of buying and selling a car online I found a stressful experience but would do it again due to cost savings therefore a decent 4 star rating with room for improvement in the communications department

This is the third time I have bought a car through Motorfinity. That says it all really. But I will repeat what I said on the previous occasions. More than happy with the price and the way in which the staff I dealt with operated.I would not hesitate to recommend Motorfinity as a safe and economical way to purchase a vehicle.

We originally asked for a part-exchange but the price offered was disappointing, so we declined.

Motorfinity quoted me an unbelievable price for a new Nissan Qashqai e power via the Blue Light card. This price was nearly £9k under the RRP & over £3k less than the best offer I could get elsewhere. Admittedly I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but it was well worth it. I was kept informed through the process & all of on line the paperwork went through smoothly. Everyone I had dealings with was excellent. I would highly recommend them
