Bought a new car recently. Fiona oversaw the the sale. I was kept up to date with developments and she responded promptly with any queries I had via email. I received the car as planned and all went smoothly. Very happy with the car and service.

From the very start to the very end the service was excellent. Patrick who initially took my order was very professional and patient answering all the questions i had in mind. Lucy Smith dealt with the whole process and delivery. She was professional, friendly and understanding. The car was ready for delivery earlier than expected, but I did not have my finances ready yet. Lucy understood the issue and waited patiently until I was ready. Kitt Matrix sorted my finance plan with my local Toyota dealer. Again, quick, friendly and hassle free. Delivery itself was great. Motorfinity used the third party Listers company. Mark was very friendly dropping off the car… No issues.
In summary, the whole process of buying the car was jut too easy, quick with no drama. Well recommended….

Well, I was amazed at how well this all went for me. I was initially surprised when I realised that the Blue Light Card discount was over £11 000.
Cameron Jones was my initial point of contact and he was very smooth and professional. Fiona Bennison was in the delivery team and as my excitement built, she guided me through the process and made it all seem so effortless. The icing on the cake was when Kitt Matrix in the delivery team offered me a service plan which was £500:00 cheaper than the main dealer!
All in all, I have to admit that Motorfinity have excelled themselves with my new car order and delivery. The delivery was so simple and easy. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend you look closely at this hidden gem of a company. Definitely worth the full 5 stars!!

New Ford Kuga was delivered yesterday, 20 Jan 2026. The process to order it with Motorfinity and have it delivered was extremely simple and took just 14 days from placing the order with Cameron Jones with Katie Powell of the Delivery Team arranging its shipment much earlier than expected.
The Motorfinity team kept in regular contact between the order being placed and the date of delivery.
Very impressed with the quality of the service.

Just taken delivery of my shiny new Toyota. Fantastic discount. Well informed throughout the whole experience.
Only downside was the value for my car in part exchange was very low, sold it myself for twice their valuation.

I ordered a new car last Autumn and took delivery of it last week. The whole process was smooth, it was longer than I expected but Motorfinity responded quickly to any queries and were knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I was helped by Luke and Lucy who were both excellent. Would definitely recommend.

There isn't much I can say that hasn't already been said in other reviews. My wife wanted a new car, her Blue Light card directed her to Motorfinity and the rest was easy. Thanks to Lucy S and Kitt M for taking us through the process. Have already recommended Motorfinity to friends. My wife loves her new car.

I collected my new car yesterday.
This is the first time I have used Motorfinity and I have been very impressed with their service.
From the first contact when I was exploring various options to the point of delivery has been seamless.
Cameron Jones from the Account Management Team was so helpful helping me when finalising the decision on manufacturer & specification of the vehicle I wanted.
Kitt Matrix from the Telesales Team kept in the loop when the order had been placed and when various bits of paperwork needed to be completed.
Katie Powell & Linnea Donovan from the Delivery team walked me through the delivery process making it stress-free.

I ordered a new Audi Q5 at the start of September 2025 and took delivery of it just over three weeks later.
The order process was unexpectedly very easy. I submitted a query and later that day I got a call from Brady who confirmed what I was looking for including any options. He gave me a price and advised that there was a Q5 in stock that matched what I was looking for.
The rest of the process was quite quick and I was kept up to date by Kitt and Lucy. The really reassuring thing was that everyone contacted me and gave me updates when they said they would.
I wanted to collect my car from a dealership rather than having it driven delivered to me. The team arranged all that for me and collection from my preferred dealership location went well.
I have bought cars online / remotely before but my experience using Motorfinity was by far the easiest.
Efficiency was good, customer service good, and they also had the best price!
I've recommended them to colleagues and friends who are eligible to use Motorfinity, and I'll definitely contact them for a quote the next time I'm looking for a new car.

Very helpful staff and exceptional discount on a Lexus LBX.
First point of contact was Olivia. She was patient and very helpful in steering me through the ordering process. Phone was picked up quickly each time I had a query and directed to Olivia (being first point of contact to ensure continuity during my purchasing ‘journey’).
Kitt then picked up the order admin. All pretty straightforward.
Katie then arranged delivery and payment. As with the other team members, very helpful.

Very polite, not pushy, understood my requirements exactly and fully explained the next steps in the process.Professional in every aspect. What a brilliant company! I was nervous about buying online but its such a seamless process , it hugely exceeded my expectations. Such approachable knowledgeable staff, excellent communication, every little thing had been thought about and communicated to me. It was really easy and an enjoyable process from start to finish.
