I really enjoyed the whole process. No stress or pushed into anything. Chose exactly what I wanted. Kept upto date with the whole process. Josh, Kitt and Fiona were the ones who made my whole experience so much easier than going to a garage. They are a fantastic team. I would 100% recommend and will order a new one with them, when the time comes.

I originally tried to buy an Audi through Forces Direct but spouses aren’t allowed Audis with them for some reason…so I found out about Motorfinity and Patrick really helpfully got me set up and confirmed I was indeed allowed an Audi with them! I was so impressed with how friendly and helpful Patrick (and later Fiona) were through the process, the regular updates, and just general ease of everything. My car arrived today and I am thrilled. I recommend them completely.

Our first experience with Motorfinity and I am sure it will not be our last. The whole process of buying my new car from start to finish was handled perfectly by a great team from Motorfinity. When ordering my new VW Polo, I knew exactly what I wanted, it was my 6th Polo. Brady O'Donnell was outstanding throughout the sales process and obtaining a free upgrade to a higher spec Polo was an unexpected bonus! Kitt Matrix handled the paperwork and Katie Powell looked after the delivery. My new Polo arrived on Monday, carefully delivered to my address by the driver Andy. The whole process from ordering to delivery took less than 5 weeks! Thank you Motorfinity for a great service.

Huge thanks to Olivia and Lucy on the team. Have just taken delivery of my new Rav 4. I had never heard of this discount before and initially was quite hesitant. However after doing some research I went ahead. I knew what car I wanted and Olivia was able to source it and arrange the finance. Adjusting my changes was not a problem. Then Lucy took over from there and arranged delivery. Living in the north east of Scotland I did not think they would do delivery for free or regular. However, this was not an issue.
Could not recommend enough!! The crazy discount was well worth it. Thank you all so much.

From Start to finish the whole process was very straight forward, The deal on offer was a lot better than Main dealer prices.
Sold my old car through Motorway and got a better price than the Trade in valuation from Motorfinity or the Main dealers.

I bought a car from motorfinity. The service was really good and the delivery team were extremely efficient with communicating throughout the process. When I had the car delivered to the door the driver was very good with informing me the day before what time he would arrive and he arrived exactly on time

The only issue I had was that the sales team did not clarify there would be a waiting time while the car was manufactured. This was not apparent until I had already paid the deposit. I was able to wait and had to wait 3months. I would recommend if you are buying a car to check is the car already made or what the waiting time would be

Smooth stress free way to purchase a new car. Felt fully informed throughout the process not pressured into buying a higher spec model and my budget allowed. Kept informed about delivery dates etc , thoroughly reccomend Motorfinity and have to all my NHS collegues

I’ve just bought a new car using Motorfinity, the website was useful allowing me to check the models, trim levels and options I might like to add. The staff were quick to respond to my initial contact and guided me through the process answering questions I raised. Over the course of the next week or so I was kept informed of the progress of my order and then offered dates for delivery and payment details. My car was delivered on the day agreed, the delivery driver was on the ball, considering our road was unusually busy when he arrived. Overall a thoroughly good service from Motorfinity and their network.

What ever the outcome is Motorfinity makes £250

I originally placed an order for a new car with a reasonable PX valuation but their buying trader didn’t offer anywhere near that figure. This then left me with a considerable shortfall. To cancel would of cost £250

I then managed to obtain a better trade price in elsewhere but the new car delivery date ran in to February/March 2026. Again £250 if cancelled.

Third time lucky or not I changed to another car and again it was a 2026 delivery. As I now needed a car I had no other option but to cancel and purchase elsewhere losing my £250!

Basically it’s a win, win, win for Motorfinity
