Today 16th may ,my son n my self rode to moto central, callum, was absolutely brilliant, friendly, very knowledgeable on the boots I needed , he showed his love for his job,, , my son got wat he wanted,.
Was busy,but we got parking, the sraff are so friendly, ..callum is truly a brilliant brilliant salesman. The shop is packed with everything u need for ur riding kit, n very reasonably prive, this shop n the staff are all bikers or were n still ride, a shop for bikers manned by bikers, will be going back for a new helmet or 2 ,.

I was looking for a particular motorcycle helmet and after shopping around online found that Moto Central had one at a great price. The item was exactly as described and was delivered 36 hours after I placed the order. The communication from them was great as well. Very happy with the helmet and the service and I would highly recommend Moto Central.

I am beyond disappointed with Moto Central. I placed an order for a high-value item which the courier simply "chucked on the floor" outside my house on a busy main road without any authorization. Unsurprisingly, I haven't been able to locate the package.

When I contacted customer service to resolve this, the experience went from bad to worse:

Zero Accountability: Despite the Consumer Rights Act 2015 stating the retailer is responsible for the item until it is in the physical possession of the customer, they have tried to shift the burden onto me.

Ridiculous Requests: They told me to go door-to-door asking neighbors for their Ring doorbell footage and insisted I file a police report before they would even consider helping.

Radio Silence: It has now been one full week with no reply to my messages.

They seem more interested in making me do their investigative work than actually ensuring I receive what I paid for. If you value your money and expect professional delivery, stay far away from this company.

Well what can I say. 3 visits the Moto Central sorting my sizes so I could be very comfortable. The team here where super helpful. Delt with three members and the only name I caught was calum. What a super polite and patient young man. Working his hardest to meet our needs. A ture gent! Thank you all at Moto Central.

I had a very good experience with Moto Central. They price matched my Scorpion ADF-9000 helmet with a competitor, which I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the size was not right for me, but they dealt with the exchange quickly and professionally. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were helpful throughout.
