This is my 2nd motorcycle helmet purchase from Moto Central and I am very pleased with the product as well as the customer support. Being an international shipment, my package got hung up in US Customs inspection for over a week as they were requesting certain paperwork to process and release my package for delivery. Moto Central made sure that the HS7 Form was submitted and when the package finally got released from Customs, I received it via FedEx the following day. I am very pleased with Moto Central and would recommend them to anyone for international and national sales!

Don’t buy here anything!

I posted my experience here with fully described situations, date of order, screenshots etc . After two weeks waiting of the item, it was not even dispatched. The order has been cancelled by request, money refunded.
So the negative feedback with bad experience has had been removed by the “Trust pilot” due to “defamatory content”

I was able to purchase a 5XL Narvik jacket from this seller and shipped to the US with no extra fuss or excessive fees. I am absolutely THRILLED with my purchase and I will be buying many more things going forward.

Thanks for stocking the spares for Burley bicycle trailers ! Found/bought via eBay, didn't realise it's a Motorcylce supplier :). Bought the replacement seat for the Burley Cub child trailer 2016, as the straps on the old one were dissolving and shedding plastic dust. The current seat is compatible with our 2016 and has a different material for the straps (like car seat belt) and I think is higher quality and will last very long. Speedy shipment!

I recently purchased a DMD Helmet, and I was impressed with the speedy delivery and outstanding customer support. The communication was top-notch, and it made me wish every online retailer was as focused on customer satisfaction as this one!

I bought 3 items over 2 orders and was billed and told it would be shipped about 10 days ago. Am still waiting for the shipment details through fedex as of today. Have sent an email as well to their customer care but there has been no response from their side. Totally i have spent 661$ but am not seeing any action on the shipping front nor on the customer support team.

Kinda wondering why i purchased through an online retailer looking at good reviews abs expecting good service. Hope i’m wrong.
