Best decision ever going with Mortgage Decisions!! As a young couple buying our first home together, we found investing in mortgage advisors a game changer. A massive thank you to both Jon and Mark who have jointly made our mortgage experience so so worthwhile. It is so reassuring knowing professionals are in your corner progressing your mortgage and keeping you regularly informed. Always willing to answer any questions you have which we found really reassuring! Will definitely want to use them again when we buy our next home!!!

With the help of Durga I got my first mortgage, Durga was very helpful in all aspects of applying for a mortgage and for a first time buyer he was very informative and helpful.

What is usually considered to be a stressful process was made very simple and stress free by our advisor Mark Cunningham. He kept us up to date consistently and had a great, friendly manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I can’t thank Mortgage Decisions enough for making my dream a reality of being a house owner. It all started when me and partner wanted to buy a house beginning of the year but this dream was very gloomy as my partner credit score was poor. The previous mortgage advisor couldn’t secure a loan from Barclays for us and the loan that he got , the interest rate was very high.We decided to put it on hold till my wife’s credit score improved. In August I phone charter letting agent and they booked a face to face meeting with Joseph the incredible mortgage advisor. This meeting was not to get a mortgage but just an advice on how to get my wife credit improved. Joseph told me that I could take the mortgage solely in my name and later add my wife later. He looked at my payslips and right away started to work so hard to find the best deal for the mortgage. He first got one but wasn’t satisfied with the rate and as a good advisor he kept looking till he later got Barclays with a better interest rate. Even though he is very busy working hard for many clients but he still has got time to speak with me anytime I get hold of him over the phone. He never got fed up with all my questions. He is so lovely and knowledgeable in his area of work. I will recommend Joseph to anyone who wants to get mortgage advice. I also got in contact with Helen who is head of mortgage progression. She is such a lovely lady. Though we haven’t met face to face but I love how prompt she responds to emails and questions. She came into the picture when Joseph got busy and couldn’t answer my calls at the time when I kept calling. She introduced herself and said she works with him and can help anytime Joseph is not available to speak with. She took over from where Joseph left and kept updating me on every stage of the process. She is lovely and good at what she does. On this note I want to say they are both incredible and great in your jobs. Thank you for your great service.
