We started off this journey as fish in a very big pond, we are first time buyers and had absolutely no clue where to even start with submitting or gathering evidence to get a full mortgage.

Louise was the most welcoming and warming lady I have come across in such a long time, the late calls/emails to gather our evidence in order for it to go without a problem to the bank to actually caring for you as a person, I did not feel like Louise was just trying to complete a job, she took notice of everything, calmed my nerves especially at times, knew we was going into this blind and also took into consideration our family, trying to hunt the best deals!

From start to full mortgage acceptance, Louise was on it, she was full of bubbly energy which made this whole scary process a lot less worrying.

I go as far as to say Mortgage Decisions is the best mortgage broker on the market. The main reason I say this is their customer care is A1. Fast responses and always available to talk. My first app was declined, but we went back to the drawing board and reapplied. The second app was approved. Thanks guys.
