How can I start to describe how amazing Andy has been during the process of buying my first home. Not only is he a wonderful calming supportive person throughout the process but so friendly and professional explaining everything in detail and coming back to me quickly and showing me complete empathy and understanding at all times. I had an excellent experience working with my mortgage advisor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, but they took the time to explain every step clearly and made sure I understood all my options.

Prior to Andy, I was told that because of my husband's age, a remortgage was impossible. I had tried various avenues and most organisations were telling me to sell. But not Andy. Andy is truly a miracle worker. Because of him, I've been able to keep my home of over 20 years.

Throughout the process, Andy was always available. He was incredibly patient with me and explained everything very clearly making it easy for me to follow very complicated situations. I don't have words to express my gratitude. I would recommend him a million times over.

Would like to thank Andy for sorting a difficult remortgage. We had a mortgage coming to the end and needed to do some refinancing. We had tried other mortgage advisors with no luck and at a high cost.
And we came across Andy and got in touch. Andy from the start made you feel at ease. Very easy to talk with very knowledgeable and so helpful.
Andy got us a mortgage but this did not work for us, after talking with Andy we decided to go for a different mortgage Andy just applied for it and this worked out a lot better for us.
