Firstly, Huge thank you to Andrew, Alex & Kirsty! They have all been so helpful from the start of our mortgage process and have done an amazing job securing our first mortgage. As first-time buyers we had no clue on what we needed to do or what we were able to look for on the property market. Andrew broke every step down for us and followed the process so professionally, which made this so much easier for us. There communication is great, no question was too silly and the time they take to get your mortgage offer was quick.
We would highly recommend using mortgage chain. They are polite, helpful, approachable and honest. We will be returning in the future!

Alex is very conscientious and has a personal touch in the service he delivers.
