All staff that I spoke to were very polite and helpfull making the additional drawdown facility process we have in place, easy to implement.
Tracy Curzon of the customer service team was particularly helpfull .
We used the docu sign system to complete the paper work, the pre document guide was helpfull.

Dealt with Asif E. today and as usual very polite and respectful of my old age . Spoke clearly and slowly and explained everything in detail.
