Great experience as usual with very friendly helpful staff.

Yes, there was the phonecall with the Options menu but it was answered quickly. I spoke with Adam and his speech was very clear and he was polite and helpful.

Lucy helped explain the process to access additional funds very clearly.

The adviser Chloe was very helpful indeed. I found her to be friendly and knowledgeable, especially in respect of my query.

These people are heartless. I took out equity release on my flat with them but am now being evicted as I cannot pay the service charges. As I am 75 years old and in poor health I asked for a couple of months extension so I could sort out my things and the council could rehouse me. More2Life refused to give me any extension . They should be called More2Death as that is what they are condemning me to. My life expectancy homeless, on the streets, I reality is less than a week. This is no exaggerating
