We had a great experience with more living renovation company whereby we do not think we got pushed or forced into buying our doors and windows. Darcy was the ultimate professional and took time to answer all our questions. She walked around the house and showed great patience with the small details we wanted to know. The fitting team of 4 skilled workers managed to complete 8 windows and patio doors all within one day and cleaned up any mess created. I would recommend this company as they all were fantastic from start to completion.

Darcey, the lovely sales exec., explained everything and answered all my questions about the door we had ordered. She also gave me information and help about windows, if we decide to get them. She never pressured us at any point, and was professional and friendly. Ross and Dean, who installed the door, were patient with me when I was asking questions, they did a great job, quick efficient and cleaned up when they were finished, very pleased with the door and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend More Living Renovations.

Don't usually speak to sales over the phone , but the lady who phoned I could understand was polite cheery and arranged for sales team to come out. Darcy arrived was very polite and none of this will go phone the boss and see if we can get it down, the price quoted on the day was what we paid so we're all happy. Fitters came out to fit my new windows again polite and job done to a good standard, and before Xmas which was a bonus. . No more draughts and the smallest room that was like a fridge is warm once again. Would recomend this company from start to finish.

Good communication form beginning to end. Sales person listened to my needs and was helpful in understanding the process, answered all my questions. Surveyor was polite and checked everything was what i expected. Window fitter was exceptional, went out of his way and ensured i was happy with the work, cleared up at the end! The windows are soo good, felt a difference immediately with the heat and noise. Now booking to have my back windows replaced.

The sales person Darcey was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. The fitters again were friendly and very helpful with repositioning the key safe. This company has been professional and even cleared up their mess before they left. Will definitely use them again when needed.

I phone this company to come and give me a quote for my windows and they came out that day and giving me a free quote and really good discount so I order my windows and I got a great job done and they made sure they clean up after they done my windows and now my friends have seen the good job they are going phone the company for windows

I got one of the usual phone calls but I decided to take an appointment this time. Sale representative Darcey came out, she was lovely and friendly. she went through all the details, products, measurements, discounts etc etc and i decided to get a door ordered. kept up to date all the way through. Two fitters came out and i got my door fitted on the 12th of January, they were gentlemen and they had the door done in jig time and done a great job fitting the nice modern door and so far it was worth it. Thanks so much.

Windows and French doors now fitted, all problems quickly sorted by Lewis and Customer Care team, who dealt with complaints swiftly and efficiently.

From order to installation was less than one month. Company representatives were helpful and informative. On the day of installation the team were pleasant to talk to, respectful of my home and worked hard all day until the installation of the windows was completed. The work was done dutifully and to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly deal with them again.

Yes they all worked very hard in fitting my windows and put in a very long days work. Very pleased with the outcome of my windows. The only thing for me is putting everything back to normal at the windows lol. Window look great :) Would recommend :)

Adam the sales executive was one of the best i have ever spoke to, very informative and very precise, he was amazing in going through door choices for me and has kept me updated on the journey from deposit payed to install. I am more than pleased with the work completed and it really its top notch quality. A big thumbs up from me and my husband for more living!!!. I must also add how kind and respectful the fitters were of my property, everything was so professional with more living and i would go with them again if i ever want anything else doing

Found this company through Help to buy windows. Id stated from the start and throughout that I suffered from physical and neurological chronic illnesses.
Very Poor experience with the receptionist. The same information is continually repeated which were helping the communities in offering high standards.
Installers turned up 45 mins , parked in front of my drive, had to tell them to move as my car was parked on the drive and directly above was where the windows were being replaced. No dust sheets, feet coverings used. Carpets a mess vinyl kitchen & bathroom floors left in a mess & that was after i had to remind them to clean up. Rubbish included plastic blue squares, dust, bits. And a sharp blade left on floor. Roll of sticky back foam. The sweeping brush used outside hardly had any bristles. Overpowering smell of glue used, which should have been forewarned but was not. Sealant on my brickwork on the outside of my property has been left in a wiggly line, this is the same on my varnished windowsill inside my property. Not enough keys left as promised. High priority pane of glass in the bathroom, cant see out but can see in. I went through a finance company. I highlighted the issues when i was asked to sign off the payment with the finance company, management from the St Helen's branch very promptly replied reaching out to see if they could help. Spoke with the manager who was warm kind thoughtful patient and gave me time to explain, he said that he would give me further discount his word was his bond and that he would not like for his mother to be treated like this. Thy told me that Installers pick up the equipment for each job from the warehouse dust sheets should of been on the van, why were they not provided, why didn't they check and when arriving at a residential property, someones home why would they proceed if they didnt have the correct equipment? I never got a response from that that i was told i would get and that I asked for. He said that it was good to get negative and positive feedback and talk through it with the customer as it helps him learn and his business growth, he asked me to send photographs. He quickly regained my confidence, i was very pleased with his customer service. I received a response from sending my photos with the same manager via email. The manager couldn't see the problem and if i did not want any light coming in then i should of had a piece of pvc installed, id get another key and he would arrange to have the sealant cleaned up. Sometime later i spoke with the same manager, they had later thought that the pain of glass maybe in the wrong way round, which i was going to mention also. They said that no more discount could be given on the rest of the windows. I said that i wanted to tell my experience from start to finish, i stopped to take a breath & I was continually interrupted by a more irate overpowering me with his increasing tone, I was told that i interrupted them 4 times, when one person stops talking it is normal for another person to speak , that what normal people do. I told him that i was not a normal person. They replied I'm a business man not a carer. I began to cry, i told them that this is my life. They said that they didn't know what to do, i said im your customer and he should apply reasonable adjustments when speaking to someone with a disability. He also said that they don't receive payment for two weeks, yet the finance company said that was untrue. Anyway this was months ago i didn't hear back from them. It is now the responsibility of the finance company to sort out in the mean time i have to pay them.....More living has been paid. The stress for me continues.
