Na 1 maand ontvangen en bleken slechts 8 kleine takken te zijn. De helft heeft het niet overleefd.
Was wel een goede les om dit soort bedrijven eerst even onder de loep te nemen. 150 Euro armer

Geachte klantenservice van Moon vital
Ik bestelde en betaalde voor een order Bestelling gedaan en betaald op 12-01-2025.
Steeds weer Excuses dat het later kwam nu nog niets gehad.
Zou opnieuw besteld worden , maar ik vroeg nu eindelijk mijn geld terug.
Helaas wederom niets meer van jullie gehoord. Wel kreeg ik extra korting op nieuwe leveringen, maar mijn vertrouwen is dermate slecht dat ik niets meer durf te bestellen bij jullie.
Ik wil nu graag actie van jullie.
Of mijn betaalde geld terug op mijn rekening, of het product nu binnen afzienbare tijd leveren.
Ik stel jullie ook meteen in gebreke bij de levering van mijn bestelde en betaalde producten.

Rubbish company!! I ordered a size 7 shoes & it came two sizes too small & you have to pay if you want to return it. Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! Bought some leather boots which are not! so visibly man made fibre, poorly made and sizing is so wrong. Ordered a men’s size 10, but they’re no bigger than an 8! Returns policy is appalling, you have to pay for a return to China. I would urge any one who has purchased from this site who are not happy to dispute the transaction with your bank/credit card company under the trades description act.
