Absloute scam you pay around 50 euros for a ripoff ring you can get for 2-3 euros on temu or Aliexpress, I got 2 rings and there is no direct return method and the return policy is a scam when I tried to request a return they asked me to ship it back to china at my own expanse absloute scam don't waste your money.

I’m truly impressed by the customer service they provide, as my order was out of stock and they ensured I would get a never batch, offered a gift for my patience and even had the order rerouted to a different continent. On top of all that im truly impressed with the quality of the goods and I surely would say you will be happy on the customer service. Thanks Julia

Unfortunately my bracelet broke an I am awaiting a response from preform !

First off, I have begun contact with the company. The issue Is I purchased 3 bracelets together, and in less than two months we have significant tarnishing/oxidation happening on the back side where it's against the skin. I'm hoping they can assist, as their ads indicate these are high quality items, I wouldn't have expected them to tarnish, and stupidly, I don't. have my initial order number or email to fall back on. But in looking at their current ads, this shouldn't be happening, and I expect them to do something about it. UPDATE. They are sending me three new bracelets, apparently they've improved the quality, unfortunately one of my initial colors is no longer available.....but.
UPDATE: they are sending replacement bracelets with an upgraded material that should eliminate the problem. No cost to me. I’ll update again once items received.
UPDATE: the replacement bracelets arrived and are beautiful. They no longer had one of our color choices, but we choose another option and all 3 look fantastic. They feel stronger, heavier, more detailed. Glad they were able to help us out.

I remian completly disappointed with my experience at Pureform. Despite receiving generic email responses and what felt like insincere concern, I have not received any tangible feedback regarding the resolution of my ordered item. Ultimately, I had to dispute the payment with my bank. I recommend sticking to local jewelry retailers; there are many American businesses that provide genuine customer service and are much more efficient in addressing issues.

I wasn’t expecting such a nice piece of jewelry! The price point was almost too good to be true. They had a very dressy look seem to be well made. I have been wearing it pretty well nonstop since right after Christmas couldn’t be more. It was a little slow, but it was the holidays.
