Never order from this site. I ordered almost one month before the package arrived,that jacket looked really nice, everything. One day before the package arrived I recieved an email about the product but it was masked with an another number of a package. When the package arrived, I was shocked, I recieved a jacket, but it was a totall excrement. Never order from this site

Scam. Pictures are AI, and from the prices it's clear to tell this is not the high end brand it claims to be. Avoid

Scam. Chinese company posing as English company.
Ships the lowest possible quality items. What you get is nothing like what you see on the website.

Then if you ask for a return, you need to pay shipping costs that will cost you more than the item.

Seems like a complete scam. I ordered a pair of trousers through their website, I had to chase for shipping confirmation only to be told that the item is out of stock. I've requested a refund, which they've refused. My only option is to contact trading standards and my bank

I ordered the Old Money Leather Jacket from their website. The jacket I received is nothing like what was shown on the website and is not leather. They offered me a 5% refund to keep the jacket or I could have returned it to China for a full refund at a shipping cost of $33. This company and its products are a scam. Stay away!

This is the actual company that insinuates it's a British company when in truth it's a low quality Chinese company. This info is buried but with a little digging it's available.

It also explains why it takes 2 months to receive product. Because of the low quality and the completely deceptive practices and advertising, I consider this company a scam.

Extremely poor quality products and misleading adverts. Plus the products arrived with 2 months delay.

The pants tore and stitching came off on first day. Horrible quality. Stay away.

No response from customer support for replacing or compensating for torn pants.

I should've read the reviews before going through this experience.
If you want quality, do NOT use this supplier. The experience is terrible...the return postage is to China and costs more than the product itself.
The colours advertised are nothing like the ones you'd receive, stitching is pure white on all shirts and probably will make you appear like a clown than anything else you imagine. The trousers are like wearing paper; you'd probably be embarrassed donating these clothes to charity that's how bad they are!
Please just never buy from this place, I can't stress this enough!!!!!

It is fake, since the website uses stock images to make it seam like a nice pair of grandparents are acruallz making the cloths

Die Produkte sind als ob man Papier tragen würde. Sie nennen sich montclaire LONDON sind aber aus China. Absolut lächerlich und irreführend. Wollte die Ware zurück schicken, diese sollte nach China da kostet der Versand soviel wie die Ware. Absolute Verbrecher!!!

Poor experience.

Purchased items that appeared good quality at a great ‘closing sale’ despite the company still going a month later. Had no idea that it was going to take ages for the products to arrive, until when trying to arrange a return finding out the warehouse is in China.

These items are poor quality and not even close to how they look online. I’m trying to arrange a return but I have to pay for this at a cost of €30. The other option offered was a 5% refund.

Appears like a fraudulent website. The domain was registered 5 days ago and they have a clearance sale at unbelievable prices. I can’t find any information about the store or their brand online and believe this is a scam.
If proven otherwise, their deals are unbelievably good.
