Felul în care se adresează este foarte politicos, site -ul inspiră încredere, sunt doi croitori în vârstă care par să aibă o afacere de familie. Faci comandă, primeati confirmare și coduri de reducere, foarte tentant. Produsele par de calitate foarte bună, cașmir , lână, piele. Eu am primi un e-mail cum ca nu mai au produse și omi oferă un voucher sau alt produs la schimb. Am încercat să intru pe site și , surpriza, nu mai există , deci nu îți poți alege. Le. - am scris ca nu îmi pot alege altceva deoarece site-ul nu există iar ei și. - au exprimat “ regretul “(?). Am bănuit ca este o fraudă , am pățit la fel cu alt site Me..asa. Între timp , au trimis comanda cu toate produsele, deși spuneau ca nu le au în stoc și au dat un AWB care nu exista.

Fuyez !! Arnaque totale.

I ordered leather Jacket from this Company, it's been nearly 2 weeks now I haven't received my Order, I e mailed them from their website but it's always auto response, there is no explanations or apologies from them, I think this company is a SCAM, I even follow up my tracking number from An Post and DHL, but the tracking number is never exists. Don't order from this Company... Beware...

Complete scam , if you order from this company cancel through your credit card company I did. Luckily I got my money back within a few hours.

Ordine mai ricevuto, tornato indietro per una fantomatica "consegna fallita". Mi hanno chiesto ulteriori 10 euro per ritentare l'invio dopo quasi un mese dal primo ordine e mi hanno negato il rimborso per la loro politica sulle, appunto, consegne fallite...consegna che non è mai veramente avvenuta, ovviamente.
Scam completo, truffatori e inaffidabili, da evitare come la peste.

I asked for a refund on an order placed yesterday and was told that the order was already processed and a refund was impossible.
When I asked for contact information I was told all phone lines are interrupted until further notice. I asked for a customer service contact and no contact information. This is a huge SCAM company and I regret not asking chatgpt information before giving out payment.

Like most of the reviews I have now read, I purchased what I thought was a nice pair of shoes from this site. It took a month for them to turn up and the cheap junk that arrived look nothing like the ones I thought I had purchased. When I asked for a refund, they refused unless I sent the shoes back. The shoes only cost $55 but I have no confidence even if I sent them back that they would refund my money. This web site is a scam - they show beautiful items at cheap prices, get your money, send you cheap junk and then know that most people will just let it go.

Ordered pants and sweater all of which are sent in wrong size (much too small). Very poor material quality. Unresponsive customer service once I asked for full refund. Told to ship back to China.. Deceptive advertising and nothing is as described on website. Contacted credit card and put hold on payment. Should have read reviews before ordering

Do not order from this company… it is a scam

Not a British company, advertised as a British couple who hand make garments based in London but this not the case I placed an order for what I was led to believe was hand made in London until the invoice popped up in dollars which I had to pay a conversion charge for clearly a Chinese company as the invoice was in Chinese fortunately I use PayPal for any online purchases when made aware PayPal immediately reimbursed me for the purchase.

Everything is fake, the website tells you fake story about the business, the pictures are of amazing looking leather jackets but the product you receive is plastic!

It is a scam supplier. Never believe their adds.
They present on line a very high quality product.
But it is a scam. After you purchase the product, they send you garbage and trash material

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! This company/website is a complete fraud. They advertise items that do not match at all when you receive them. They need to be penalized heavily by the FTC for false advertisement. Not only that, but they ask you to return the wrong item on your dime when it was clearly their mistake. They advertise free 30 day returns, but will not issue a return label since they're in China (Too expensive to return on their dime due to customs) Also, the items they send are not only an utter mismatch from the site images, but unbranded. They do not bear the company's name/logo. I hope they get shut down. These are CROOKS that do not deserve anyone's business!!!

Do not buy from this company . I ordered a leather men’s jacket. When it eventually arrived it was very cheap plastic and looked nothing like the advertised photo . I asked for a refund and refused to pay the return cost . The refund never came . Thank goodness I payed via PayPal.
