I wish I had Google this company before ordering them. Because I see so many other customers experience the same thing I have. The items that they’re showing in the advertisement on Pinterest is not the same thing you get. Please please do not order from them.

Ordered a pair of cashmere joggers and they were polyester and the size was so way off, fake , fake , fake. Just lost 50 dollars, I’m never ordering anything from Pinterest again.

Do not buy from this company. It is a total scam. I ordered a cashmere sweater and received a 100% polyester sweater. Complete false advertising.

I ordered a Brown LEATHER JACKET, LINEN SHIRT, a pair of smart trousers, but what I received was a cheap PVC Burgundy colour Jacket of a totally different design, a crumpled up shirt made of cheap cotton, and the trousers were made of material more suited to a cheap settee than light summer wear. I paid through PayPal, who've got photos of what I ordered and what I actually received. I've since found out that Montclaire is NOT in London but in China. I've been offered a full refund this morning, but only when they've received my return, which isn't free. Now I want to know from PayPal who's to pay for the return. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE. STAY WELL AWAY. Mike Jones, Chichester,17 West Sussex.

Clothes are terrible and not as advertised. Delivery took 4 weeks. To return I have to pay shipping costs and the form has a Chima Address - little faith I'll get my money back and if shipping is too much, they'll be Xmas presents for people I'm not keen on!!!!

Bought a sweatpant with a nike logo stitched on it.
I received a synthetic pant with a logo painted on it, total different colour and fit...
Customer service responded with a standard e-mail in which they claim to have delivered what they advertised.

This is a fraud company based in China. I have opened dispute via PayPal. Do not order anything from Montclair London, they are nothing to do with London or quality clothing. Do not believe what you see via Pinterest!!

Horrible, do not order from this site, total scam. never trust photos, they are not real you will get 1/10 price value

The company is a scam. Tried to return the merchandise for a credit. They offer 2 options.
1. Return the merchandise to China which cost a lot $$ or
2. Accept 5% refund of the value purchased with 50% discount on a future purchase.
The problem is their the merchandise don't fit and it has a poor quality.
I will not buy anything from Montclair London they are scam.

Total scam advertised on Pinterest (who seem to have a lot of these scam websites). Website indicates clothes handmade in London by an elderly couple. Pictures look good. The final cardigan arrived from China after almost five weeks and was awful, shapeless and cheaply made. AVOID!

Zero stars if i could. It's cheap Chinese crap and the sizes are not what they should be. I got and XL jacket and it took a month to come in and when I finally got it, it was way too small. Then for return, I have to pay for shipping, and it's address is in China. Offered refund if i paid for all shipping costs, or they would give me a 50% off credit for what i spent. It is bad cheap quality and not the jacket it was in the picture and better buying elsewhere and not Chinese junk.

I'd give it 0 if I could. Terrible quality clothing. I returned the items and they said they would refund. Radio silence since then. I know for a fact the items returned successfully, but not a word about getting my money back. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a jacket that was shown on the website and received a different one of very poor quality. Absurd. Is it part of Chinese culture to do this kind of thing? Is this a scam? They pay an expensive page fee just to deceive customers. Everyone should know about their practices. I wrote to request a return, and they're just stalling to buy time.

It cost me $100 to find out that this company is a scam. They shipped half of the order and I wish they hadn't! I've never seen such trashy, scrap clothing.
Why did they ship this? I think they're made by child laborers in a dirty warehouse somewhere in Vietnam for half a dollar a week.

I should have done a little bit of research before i ordered. Jacket looked nice as displayed on website image. Unfortunately what I got was pure Chinese crap. I ordered large but a midget would have had trouble getting into it. Nothing like shown on website. Companies like this should be closed down. If china ever tried to invade any country I wouldn’t be too afraid as most of their equipment would fall apart

Oh why didn't I read the reviews on here before parting with my money. Not only is this company's website completely fake all the crooks I have dealt with are also fake. Montclair London is in fact in Hong Kong. The customer relations are polite and quick at responding, but their names (Ruth, Anthony) are also fake. I realised I had made a mistake and cancelled my order. First they claim the order is in process. Then they ask why I want to cancel, then they ask for a review (yes, really), anything to delay refunding. But we all know that Chinese companies do not refund! Despite cancelling, they now claim that part of my order has already been despatched. Their contract states that customers have to pay to return goods, but to Hong Kong? Are you kidding?
Do not be drawn in by the website, do not part with money, you have no chance of ever seeing it again.

It gets worse!
Now I have received the clothing. All ordered as medium??? A shirt I simply cannot pull around me far enough to button, a jumper that falls down around my knees and another jumper so thin it wouldn't survive a wash in a washing machine! And I have to just take it on the chin as why would I waste more money sending this rubbish back and have no chance of a refund?
Buyer beware, these people are crooks with no morals or care for customers.

Beware Chines Scam. Not even close to what U see on website. Claims to be British, but in fact Chines. Very poor/bad quality and material. Do not buy!

After weeks of waiting I received an email saying the item I paid for was out of stock and that I had to purchase something else. On 2 occasions I asked and they refused to give me a refund. I hope no one else gets scammed.
