Great Stuff! I love my collection!

The facts of my experience with this company are:

On 22 November 2023, I placed an order under Order No MA7329.

On 28 November 2023, the item arrived damaged which, having sent photographic evidence, was accepted by Mon'art. I then engaged in an email exchange with this company.

On 29 November 2023, I submitted a review of Mon'art on Trustpilot, which was approved by them and went live. This would have been my thirty-first review on this website, with all of my previous reviews also having been approved by Trustpilot.

That same day, Mon'art replied to my review on the Trustpilot website.

I subsequently contacted the Trustpilot Content Integrity Team, due to the content of Mon'art's response, which I found particularly upsetting.

Trustpilot did not uphold my complaint about Mon'art's response.

Instead, when Mon'art complained to Trustpilot about my review, which had been initially approved by Trustpilot, my review was blocked with a statement advising:

"Monartofficial flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content.

"Trustpilot is assessing this review in
accordance with our flagging process,
during which time the review will remain hidden."

Contrary to Trustpilot's Transparency Report, I was not informed by Trustpilot of their action in blocking my review. I only found out when I looked at the Mon'art page again on Trustpilot.

Although I have requested an explanation from Trustpilot as to what in my review, constitutes "harmful or illegal content", Trustpilot has so far, at the time of posting this statement on 9 December 2023, refused to provide the evidence nor a date by which it will do so.

Mon'art will, I have no doubt, reply to this statement if it is approved by Trustpilot. There is certainly nothing "illegal or harmful" in it. Just the facts. So it will be interesting to see if it is published.

I leave the reader to make their own assessment of both Mon'art and Trustpilot.

14 December 2023 edit: I have received confirmation from Trustpilot that this review has been approved and made visible to readers. On 12 December, I received an email from Trustpilot to confirm that my original review, had I not deleted it, was also approved. I have battled with Trustpilot for two weeks to have my name cleared, but do not in any way understand why I have had to do so. My faith in this company is completely shattered.

Very cool and trendy art, for a great price. The pieces themselves are limited, so you really bring a unique object into your home. Direct contact with the seller is no problem and they respond very quick. This also applies to the information provided via their website, as well as when you have placed an order. I already have a number of pieces from Mon Art, and there will certainly be some more.

Ordered with Black Friday 2 frames for a christmas gift for my boyfriend and father. Delivered within 3 days! Great service and communication from the Mon’Art team as I had some specific questions and wishes.

I have ordered THE CLASSIC VAULT, THE MONEY SAVER and a T-Shirt on the 28th April. On the same day, I was personally contacted to clarify the delivery. Only two working days later, the order was personally delivered from Belgium to Germany. The very friendly guys even brought the things into my house. Since I already have the EMERGENCY $100 RETRO FRAME from Mon´Art, I knew about the good quality. However, the Classic Vault stands out clearly and is a really successful work of art. I can recommend the company unconditionally!

This is a perfect brand. Order and delivery fast.
Frame are really well packed (wood case) and exactly as the website pictures.

Ordered the 300K frame and the MoneyBear and received everything within the same week I ordered. Very cool products and will definitely be buying more in the future!

I have ordered the "COVID-19 BOOSTER SHOT FRAME" product in January 2022. Since I did not received the article I first contacted the store on February 14th 2022 and again on February 17th 2022. I never got any feedback on both of these mails.
On February 17th I contacted the store again to ask why the order has not arrived yet. I got a reply the same day that the shipment apparently got returned to the store. The representative of the company offered a resend and asked for me to confirm my address. I did confirm it but never heard back from the representative or the company. I even send a reminder 5 days later but never heard back.
