Absolutely outrageous customer service I brought an expensive cat tower from the range just over 4 months ago and it has broken. When I reached out to them I was told it’s exceeded the after sales period! The range has fobbed me off onto them so no one wants to take responsibility for this. Never again and I would warn others from buying from them or the range!

Het enige minpuntje, toen ik de plasticfolie van het plexiglas trok, bleef aan de hele rechterkant wat folie plakken onder de rand.
Die folie was nog zichtbaar en heb ik eraf moeten prutsen, hierdoor heb ik een kleine kras op het plexiglas.

Ordered a bed of b and q which said these were a verified seller my package was out for delivery only to be cancelled by the seller so it never arrived I’ve been left with out a bed and still no idea what’s going on

This is probably the fastest I’ve ever received something I ordered. I ordered my ‘Need Money For Porsche’ frame in a Thursday and received it that Monday! I was given a tracking number the same day. The product arrived in perfect condition as it was advertised with extra care taken to packaging. Kinda had a hell of a time unwrapping it and getting it out of the box and bubble wrap. It definitely makes a great addition to my collection of art works!!
